The issue is, to quit you have to call them. They say this is for "security" purposes but apparently they are referring to their job security. Quitting by phone proved difficult for me as it was hard to get through. I waited on hold 30-60 minutes while a marketing announcement played over and over. The last time I called, after 59:59 hold time, it disconnected me at exactly one hour. I think they should just let you quit online but obviously they want to try to talk you out of it. To their credit, when I expressed my disappointment over all this, they did let me quit via email. Just be aware that when you want to quit, you'll need some lead time as you may be on hold a while to talk to the person.

Varsity Tutors connected me with an awesome tutor who made a huge difference in me getting a good grade in my class, and more importantly, learning the subject. They have an easy to use platform and are a nice company to work with. There are many additional free learning opportunities when you sign up, which I hope to make use of!
