I have reached out to customer service regarding my unused hours twice now and both times were horrible experiences. The employees are verbally nasty and extremely condescending. I will never use this platform again and never recommend to others. Truly a disappointing experience and just a scam to take your money.

A very good tutor in addressing what I wanted to accomplish with learning French in anticipation of an upcoming trip. It has been a long time since college when I took French but the tutor is very much attuned to adult learner such as myself
