Initially I had a somewhat disheartening experience with VT, but their team reached out to me and made things right. I’m very impressed with how they handled things in the end. The only thing I wish we had more say over, as a client, is who the tutors are which are paired with our child. From what I have seen, there is no way to select from even a minor amount of tutors or look at profiles. They select one for you, and if you want to change, you need to essentially ‘fire’ that tutor, which is kinda awkward.
