Courier service made a complete mess of delivery first time around but i was kept up to date with whereabouts of item and it was successfully delivered on second attempt. Communication throughout was excellent.

Description of the product, ordering process was easy and delivery was very quick even though the box weight was over heavy Once delivered, so simple to assemble, 10 minutes. Oiled and fueled up and working cutting grass within 15 mins

I spent 6.5k on a generator and its playing up after 70 hours use- 2 weeks after contacting them and still no resolve! Still waiting for replies/parts ?? Youd think theyd just send an engineer instead of expecting me to repair it!!!

good comms, the products are good too. The battery mower is bulky but very good and so quiet! compared to my petrol mower it is a dream. the range of power is good too as long as you are not fighting jungles..

One of the parts is incorrect & the company Gen Power have not replace as yet but still hoping 🙁🙁 Now 10 days on & still no goods arrived 😡😡😡
