The superb service from Hyundai has been 1st class and totally hassle free from day one. Banazeer Dawood has kept me informed daily and in as little as 4 days I received the replacement parts plus a complimentary back up starter battery. Trading with Hyundai is like stepping back in time when 1st class customer service was the norm, sadly for many firms, that is no longer true but with Hyundai you can be confident that customer service and satisfaction is a priority with them them. Thank you to the whole team at Hyundai. 5 Stars all round.

1½ inch petrol water pump

1½ inch petrol water pump. Well built pump unit, easy to start, moved a good volume of water quickly. Engine is fairly loud due to it being two stroke. Very happy with it's performance though.

Foreign call centre appaling. UK not much better

Foreign call centre appaling. Telephone number queues you and tells you number in queue, but says will end after 10 mins, starting at 5 in queue, get to 1 and answer machine, with barely audible message gets you to leave message, no one responded in the 4 hours either time. Chat line no help either. Supervisor kept repeating same excuse and then accused me of not understanding when he had used the wrong words to describe what was going to happen. No further contact despite promises. Had a call from someone in the UK after changing a review, sounded hopeful of a resolution but have not heard anything since despite being assured of further contact, I was awaiting an email. I have no contact details so can't do anything . No UK numbers so no choice but to queue for ages.

I ordered a hedge trimmer on line and…

I ordered a hedge trimmer on line and it arrived as stated in the order. Unfortunately the blade cover was missing. I called Genpower expecting the runaround to my surprise I spoke to Banazeer who was more than helpful and stated a cover would be forwarded. I was still doubting Thomas but again was very impressed when it arrived as promised. Excellent service by Banazeer which will certainly result in me returning to Genpower.
