It arrived with with one broken twisted chain that you couldn't be fixed. Didn’t use until 6/7/23 for the first time. The chain saw cuts very well, but unfortunately the pull cord no longer returns back to where it should be. I have used this once and even though I couldn’t get the job finished due to the failure of the pull cord I will be returning it to the nearest B&Q to either refund or replace. Tends to be on the heavy side but understandably it’s petrol.

So easy to start and the self propelling makes cutting our lawns very easy.

Really think your 'Next Day Delivery' should be looked at, I ordered my 'Hyundai inverter generator P500i before 2.30pm, i even spoke to someone regarding the delivery on the telephone and was assured i would recieve it the next day, which would ideal as i needed it for the next day evening, but it didn't arrive until the day after. However i have used it a couple of times and i'm very happy with it .

So quick from order to delivery

I purchased the Hyundai garden vacuum/leaf blower several months ago. During that time I have unsuccessfully tried to use it to collect small leaves from a beech hedge after it had been cut. The leaves are dry so no excuse can be made regarding its appropriate use. The Vacuum constantly jams and appears unable to suck the leaves continually for any length of time. I have spent more time taking it apart to unblock it than actually using it. I have now given up and reverted back to raking the leaves up manually. I have emailed the company, who acknowledged receipt of my complaint. Following this I have received no communication from them at all. I can only assume that the fault is a common one for which they have no answer. My opinion is that the garden vacuum is not fit for purchase, I would not buy from this company again.
