The best removals company we’ve ever used. The whole process was efficient and made easy by the professionalism displayed by the team. Darin and Alex especially were amazing and handled our items with care, going above and beyond to assist with packing. Taylor, Chris and Luke also did a great job with assisting and ensured our move was quick and stress free. We will use Armishaws again in future.

Run like a military operation! Slick and efficient with everything packed, transported and delivered in one piece. Big shout out to Gary, Wayne, Andy and Martin who made sure everything ended up exactly where I needed it to be, even when I changed my mind about furniture positioning.

The crew arrived at the time they had specified. I had a full packing service. The men did not stop working they packed and wrapped up everything nothing got damaged. They were very helpful and went that extra mile to make the whole experience stress free. On arrival at my new house they unloaded everything into the different rooms reassembled everything for me. I cannot praise them enough. A totally stress free experience.

The staff both on the phone and doing the removals were friendly and helpful also understanding with the difficulties faced by army familles.

Having used this company 10 years before, I decided to use them again for my next move. So, on 21.2.24 Gary, Andy and Chris came and got packing immediately. Gary did most of the packing wrapping china and crystal glasses. He even taught me to wrap in readiness for my kitchen china. His favourite phrase: "Yes OK. It's not a problem". Andy and Chris handled the storing in the van: Down six flights of stairs with tight corners. The move was over 2 days and on 22 Feb. I met up with Andy and Chris at the destination. How those two guys worked! Clambering up four flights of stairs with no lift available. Boxes, sofa, heavy antiques etc. were quickly lifted up by the two, into the second floor flat. They were so willing- nothing was a bother for them. And there was so much kindness from them both when, at one point I had not felt well and they would check in on me from time to time. Andy even rang me on the morning of the 23rd to make sure I was OK. I was really moved-this was well beyond the call of duty. Thank you to this team: Gary, Andy and Chris for making it so easy to move for this 76 year old. Armishaws is lucky to have such great employees.

I decided to use a removal company very last minute so when I met with Paul, I had no idea of our moving date. This was absolutely no trouble. I booked without any issues. On the day, a loud knock at the door at 8.30 a.m. led me to meet the team. We went through the house to confirm what was being moved. I'd boxed almost everything upstsirs with the exception of clothes and c.50 boxed pairs of shoes. This wasn't an issue as wardrobe boxes and large boxes were bought into the house. I carried on boxing downstairs whilst the boys cleared upstairs. I was expecting to do the clothes and the shoes but I pleasantly surprised to find that it had all been packed for me. The house was all packed just in time for our sellers to leave their property. We were only moving less than 1/2 mile but my husband is in a wheelchair so the team gave me enough time to get him there and settled before arriving. The team grew in numbers for the unpacking and it was completed with exceptional efficiency. We found that once we'd started unpacking that everything that hadn't been boxed or left in bags etc. was boxed by the team. I will be moving again in the future and I will have no hesitation in using these services again. A special thanks to Darin, Phil, Taylor and Connor who looked after our move with professionalism, a high level of efficiency, were all extremely helpful and with humour.
