Pre move. Armishaws was always in contact from first enquiry to the day before we moved. All emails were answered in a timely manner to give you the confidence of your up coming move. Actual Move. Paul, Luke, Martin and Kris were all really great from collecting our belongings to dropping them off within a 48 hour period. All 4 were approachable with all questions and extremely helpful. They took care of not just our items but also both properties where there was no damage to either house. I would fully recommend this company if you require removals.

We cannot fault the service offered by Armishaws, we had many delays with our buyers Armishaws were very patient. Once we had booked them to carryout the move the whole process was very easy, we had booked the full packing service. The team of guys who turned up were very polite and friendly and super efficient working with us to make sure all items were packed so we new which boxes went where. Once at our new address the team made sure boxes were put in the rooms we wanted them in and were very patient with us. A big thank you to Paul, Gary, Luke, Kris and Wayne. Excellent service! Phil, Wayne and Kris were a very good team, working quickly and efficiently throughout the two-day move. Our belongings were packed very carefully and there were no breakages. We would highly recommend these guys.

Great service from an excellent team - back-office and the crew on the days. Due to repeated delay in exchange, we only had two days to pack! Armishaws threw in extra manpower and the move happened over two days as planned, despite the complicated access. And, it rained hard all day, but at both ends, the careful floor-covering ensured pale carpets were un-damaged. We joked the crew were actually in the stress management business, and we had some laughs. So our thanks to Andy, Wayne, Taylor, Martin and the back-office team.

Too many departments and the onus is on you to navigate your way around who does what. Read the small print is my advice as they are incapable of intelligently leading you through the stressful business of moving house and the important part that they play. I had to ask about insurance - a mistake as it turns out as they do not pay replacement costs. We have never had to claim before in our 50 years of house owning and many moves. However, we had several broken items and they managed to loose one quite bulky and fragile item totally. The money offered by the insurance company was derisory and less than we had paid in premiums.

The two guys were really friendly and engaged well in conversations. Both worked constant and were very polite. They helped me to take apart my american fridge freezer and put together as it wouldn't fit through the doorway. it would've been a struggle without them as I was by myself. I would highly recommend them, and would use this company again.

Five stars are not enough for Luke and Paul (Deno) who worked their socks off over 4 days for our move from the south of England to Scotland. They went above and beyond our expectations....keep up the good work guys!
