The two staff members were engaging, nice and polite. They were careful, didn't rush and didn't damage anything. All went well.

The removals collection team', they are nice and hardworking however they are not experienced or lack of idea in terms of moving the heavy stuff like, fridge/ freezer, sofa and other furniture out and in even though there were enough space to move round, twist and turn.

Darren and Jake were the first positive engagement that I have had throughout my entire move experience. They were polite, friendly and very professional and went above and beyond with their customer service. The two removal people that attended my collection, pack, move and delivery were very professional, friendly and effective. I was made to feel very safe in their hands and had full confidence that all my items would arrive undamaged and in the timeframe discussed.

Removals tipped up on time and got straight to work. The other end of the removals I had complications. The housing refused to let them unload and I was unable to move into the property due to the boiler being condemned so the place was not habitable. By the time they allowed the removals to unload into the property time was quite late and by this stage the guys had been hanging around for about two hours awaiting an answer for me as to what was happening. They were very kind courteous and understanding of my situation and didn’t add up to my already very high stress levels at that point. This unfortunately meant they had to work late and unload on two different days due to this. Again they did this without any complaints and were very efficient asking me where I would like stuff to go still instead of trying to get it done as quickly as possible and putting it anywhere. This made my unpacking a lot more easier for me. I couldn’t be more grateful.

The move went very smoothly and the two teams that did the job were, swift, good humoured, kind and super helpful. Many thanks for taking the stress out of what is a very stressful event.
