The removal team were excellent. They handled everything with care and problem solved too. The company were very responsive when we needed an extra man for the move day and you felt nothing was too much. Very good service.

On the day the team arrived on time & packed everything with care. At the new house, they patiently unpacked the lorry as we confirmed which rooms items had to go into. Everything survived the move & the team were super helpful throughout

The guys that handled our move over the two days were all hard working and a credit to the company. They had good humour through everything (including a 2 hour diversion less than 10 miles from their destination). It was a real pleasure dealing with this company and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone moving home.

Great from start to finish. Professional load estimation and quotation, good communication and follow-up as we worked towards a completion date and a very efficient packing and removal; the team who packed and removed worked so hard and made sure we had essentials available and loaded/unloaded carefully and quickly. Very satisfied.

Real shame that this company could not deliver what they promised! Booked and paid a deposit back in March 2022 with a provisional date of our removal. Upgraded the removal to packaging as well as seemed liked a good service that they offer! I had to change the date twice due to our chain complications with completion dates. Do not be fooled by their quote "you are on the preferential list when you pay a deposit" as got a call from the sales manager stating that we can offer the new date again then within a few hours later got a voicemail stating they are booked until 8th June 2022 and cannot do anything until then. Not really acceptable as now have to source a new company for our removal within two weeks notice! Also got a really degrading/unprofessional email from the sales manager, politely saying that it is all my fault and that they did everything they could. Still waiting my deposit as well as emailed twice now, supplying details and requesting a refund! Avoid it all costs!
