Kamsons Pulborough are a fantastic…

Kamsons Pulborough are a fantastic pharmacy, staff are very helpful and always get my prescriptions ready with speed and nothing is too much for them if I have a question. They also did my daughter’s chicken pox vaccine, Connor was so kind and made her feel at ease. I cannot recommend them more. Great service from all of their staff.

Outstanding srevice

I (perhaps unfortunately) am a regular customer at Kamson's Highcliffe. My prescriptions are processed electronically by the doctor's surgery and I am usually informed the next day by email by Kamsons' that the medicines are ready - sometimes within hours of the prescription being written. This is outstanding service!

I was prescribed a drug by my Surgeon…

I was prescribed a drug by my Surgeon following a post operation review. I tried the hospital pharmacy but they did not stock it. I then tried a pharmacy close to my home and they were out of stock and unable to order it. They suggested I should trawl round other pharmacies to see if any still held stock. I then decided to go to Kampsons in Pulborough, my regular pharmacy. They quickly established that the drug I had been prescribed was recently withdrawn in favour of another which they had in stock but could not prescribe without the permission of my surgeon. I left the prescription with then and within a relatively short time the pharmaceutical staff had contacted my surgeon, obtained permission and dispensed my prescription. That again endorses why Kampsons are my regular, but not my nearest, pharmacy. Thank you

Customer service

Thursday 9/1225 tried to ring Shotfield pharmacy. Waited TWENTY MINUTES BUT NO ANSWER. Today 11/1 ring them again. Waited 16 minutes only to be told no one to answer phone and again and this time got cut off. Can it be that the pharmacy is not in a position to handle the requirements that the surgery needs?

Two very happy bunnies !!

My wife & I became customers of Kamsons, Goring just a few years ago transferring our custom from a more local branch of Lloyds. I can honestly say that without a doubt it was the best move we could have made. There never appears to be any shortage of staff & everyone in store are both cheerful & efficient leaving us no room whatsoever for complaint. Our medicines are ready on time, clearly labelled & bagged. It is an absolute pleasure to visit them & long may it continue.

Worthing.

I use the store in Broadwater and the pharmacist is incredibly rude. Several times she's told me rudly I can't have dogs in the shop. Several times I've said she's a medical alert, asistance dog. While telling me this she's got my details up on the screen I take 11 tablets a day, there's something quite clearly wrong with me just by looking at my medications list. I popped in to get the pill as I'd run out I had seen the lady for an appointment and gave me them telling me it was easier than going via my GP. I go there and she informs me I need another appointment with her. In 5 years of taking it I've seen my GP once. Yet in under a year she needs to see me again? I walked to paydens across the road, no appointment needed I just had to confirm I'm on them and she handed me a 3 months supply. They're not the pharmacy I use for my perscriptions. I've now moved my repeate perscriptions to paydens.
