Flu vaccination

On arrival I was told they had run out of vaccine but I had not been notified not to attend which was disappointing. Staff were very helpful and the pharmacist thankfully found a vaccine. He was very kind and gentle and so all in all a pleasant experience.

Useless service, Flu vaccinations cancelled…

My son and I had flu vaccinations booked with Kamsons Pharmacy in Chichester that they cancelled on the day of the appointments, we were told that we would definitely be given the jabs any other time during the week so went back as instructed 2 days later only to be told that there were no more flu vaccines available for the foreseeable future. A totally useless service, and a complete waste of our time. If you offer a service you really need to do better than this. Provide the service that you have committed to and treat your customers with a bit more consideration.

Disappointing

I arrived for my appointment to be told there was a 30 - 45 minute wait due to other vaccinations taking place. I therefore left without receiving my vaccination.

I booked online...

I booked online and filled in a questionnaire. I arrived on time but the pharmacist was busy. I was asked to complete another questionnaire. I was finally seen 20 minutes late. The staff were courteous and the injection took moments. I'm happy to have received it but I was annoyed by the delay and the further form filling. Perhaps mention another form will be required beforehand when booking? We are all busy but the delay made me late for another appointment. I do believe that if an appointment is made, a wait of 20 minutes is unacceptable. I am not a person who usually complains or writes less than complimentary reviews but on this occasion felt it was necessary to highlight.
