Efficient and welcoming service
Dealt with quickly. The pharmacist who did my immunisation was very welcoming and efficient and there was little pain at the time or since.
Flu vaccination
Had an appointment booked -turned up earlier than needed and they were kind enough to see me earlier. The lady who administered the injection was lovely, had a chat and didn’t even feel her doing it - so no tenderness /soreness around that area at all. Very happy!
Helpful staff and prompt service
Helpful staff and prompt service. Only one thing that I felt could be improved would be to make the consultation room a little more welcoming.
The pharmacist was great
The pharmacist was great but the process could be improved and sped up by allowing patents to fill in forms online when booking.
Friendly staff
Friendly staff. I was very early for my appointment but they were able to give my flu jab without me having to wait. Would recommend.
Excellent service
Excellent service. Very friendly & welcoming. The staff were very helpful. Efficient & very thorough Flu Vaccination. Would highly recommend this pharmacy.
Lovely trainee pharmacist
Lovely trainee pharmacist. Little hiccup with how to use flu voucher as in different company name but all sorted fairly promptly.
Excellent service, friendly and practical advice
Excellent service. Kamsons are friendly and efficient, providing helpful advice as well as an accessible vaccinations clinic. It was easy to book, and after suffering badly from COVID, the pharmacist provided lots of practical help to get us back on our feet. This is an excellent pharmacy supporting The Vale Surgery and highly recommended.
Poor service
Following a change of pharmacist at Kamson’s Warlingham they appear to have adopted the Boot’s approach to dispensing. “Why bother to deal with it today when it could be left till tomorrow”. Prior to the change, prescriptions were dealt with same day, now it’s when they feel like it. Amazing that what was once a brilliant service can go so rapidly downhill. In light of Kamson’s reply If it were possible to give a lower rating I would. Apparently it is my fault because I should order 7 days in advance. In the real world the GP will not prescribe until the due date as shown on Patient Accrss. The fact remains that it now takes 2 days for them to process a prescription, not same day service as it used to be.
Great experience at Alwoodley pharmacy
Great experience at this pharmacy in Alwoodley, Leeds. I had severe back pain and after being messed around by another pharmacy and not being able to retrieve my prescription they went above and beyond to make sure I got my prescription back and filled that evening.
