My experience is very positive. I am very satisfied with the purchase at LN-CC. Great promotions, fast delivery, goods without defects, the shipment is always precisely packed.

Surprisingly, the "service" was excellent. With all the negative reviews and return problems, I was anxious my order wouldn't be handled properly. It was either Selfridges or LN-CC- both with "negative" reviews and both had one specific item that SSENSE, Farfetch, END etc... didn't have. But everything was in perfect condition, it had seamless shipping, and I didn't need to return it. From the USA. Total Price $170 for Jewelry. Your miles may vary.

I placed an order on the 5th of December and since then my parcel wasn’t even handed to UPS. When I contact customer service they reply with general “everything is fine, please track your order with link provided”. The link doesn’t work and nothing has happened in a week!

Ich hatte das erste mal bei LNCC bestellt und dann wurde meine Bestellung storniert. Paar tage später habe ich gesehen dass es den Artikel doch wieder gibt. Also hab ich noch eine Bestellung aufgegeben und natürlich wurde diese wieder storniert. Habe viele E-Mails geschrieben bis heute wurde das nicht an Paypal weiter gegeben dass die Bestellungen seitens LNCC storniert wurden! Das kann ja nicht schwer sein !!! Nie wieder würde ich bei LNCC bestellen! Update: Eine wurde von Paypal zurück genommen und eine ist noch offen es wird immer lächerlicher! Ich kann jedem nur abraten NIEMALS hier zu bestellen! Schlimmster Shop das mit Paypal geht über 6 wochen!
