Item not delivered

One of the two items I ordered (Asics Gel-Kayano 14 Sneakers in Blue) was delivered to the London showroom by error instead of to my flat. When I spoke to customer service I was told that the shoes couldn't be redirected to my address, nor could I come in person to collect them. I have made quite a lot of purchases from LN-CC over the years and had generally great experiences but probably won't again now, really disappointed by this.

You were able to supply an item that was difficult to source. The shoes arrived in good time. Some of the messages in tracking were slightly confusing, but it all worked out well in the end.

Shocking Return Experience - Still waiting after 6 weeks.

I am beyond frustrated with how LN-CC has managed my refund. I sent back my order on October 24th, and here I am, over six weeks later, still waiting for my money. Despite reaching out numerous times, all I receive are generic responses and empty promises with no real progress. I was told there would be an update by November 26th, which is not only over a MONTH after returning, they still failed to meet the deadline. Every time I contact customer service, I’m told they’re still "working on it" or "investigating," despite me following all their return instructions to the letter. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with an online retailer. I’ve tried to remain patient, but this level of delay and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I’m sharing my experience here to caution others—be prepared for a lengthy and stressful process if you ever need to make a return with LN-CC. I’m still waiting for the refund that I’m rightfully owed.

Bestellung verloren - Kein Support vom Kundenservice

Meine Bestellung ist wohl wegen fehlenden Importdokumenten seitens LN-CC bei FedEx verloren gegangen (die Sendung hat den FedEx Hub in Italien nie verlassen). Fast einen Monat nach Aufgabe meiner Bestellung erhalte ich vom LN-CC Kundenservice wiederholt nur die Antwort "Leider haben wir noch kein Update zur dieser Sendung. Wir geben aber immer unser Bestes." Ich versuche inzwischen selbst, mit FedEx Kontakt aufzunehmen. Dies war meine erste Bestellung bei LN-CC. Glücklicherweise ist der Bestellbetrag relativ klein. Ich würde aber auf jeden Fall davon abraten, bei diesem Shop teurere Bestellungen aufzugeben! Update: Fast 2 Monate nach meiner Bestellung, unzähligen Mails mit dem Kundendienst - und erst nach meiner Bewertung hier! - erhalte nun eine Rückerstattung über knapp 80% meines bezahlten Betrags.
