To begin with, while I was trying to pay, it took me several attempts due to issues in your app (keeps going back and forth) and when I tried again and finally managed to the payment step and added the discount code it said that it had been in use!! I needed to buy through a new account. Not super user friendly. Second an most important, I only bought through you as the delivery of my items said 1-2 business days and now it has been since 29/11 and I am traveling next week and still my item did not arrive. I contacted customer service then I got a ridiculous email stating that they received my request and will direct me to the responsible department and no news since then. I would definitely avoid you in the future. Now please send me the item I ordered and paid for immediately.

I ordered a size 10 shoe. I received a size 7 shoe. The invoice says size 10. I thought it was obvious, but if you need a reminder, please read the box & shoe size before sending it out to customers. Im sure other patrons will appreciate it if you can do that. Size 10 seems to be sold out so I will just return them to save the hassle. Happy Holidays.
