Well, since I have no answer, I will ask in public. It’s been two weeks I received an email with confirmation that my return was delivered to your warehouse. Than they said “you will receive a refund within 14 working days after our warehouse has verified that all the conditions are met to accept it” That’s it. I received a wrong item , returned and have no idea what will happen next. I want my money back and no deals. Never! You guys have big troubles with your stock and costumer service. Waste of time.
