Appalling service. Paid for express delivery. Didn’t even get an express email confirming delivery details for over a week.

I placed order. The discount was not applied. And one week later even after paying extra for express shipping no shipment made. Additionally, the customer service has not responded yet. Super disappointing. (My last order was a few years ago and had a similar bad experience where item was not shipped and after 2 weeks of following up I was told it was not in stock) Could improve easily by just keeping to their commitments and being a fair vendor instead of misleading the customer once again
