So I placed an order, which I've done in the past. I was happy to see the order status change to "shipped." I waited a day to track, then 3, 4, 6, 8 days later, no change. When I alerted them to the delay they informed me of a logistics issue. The order was to be returned. In the end I waited 11 days for an order that would never come, and they charged me $15 shipping.
