One of the worst experience! Customer service terrible! So I was looking for a specific item and this website had it at a good price. So before my purchase, I looked into the website make sure everything was legit. Made my purchase. After I made my purchase, I realize I was not charged tax or shipping. I tried to get in contact with customer service. They didn’t reach out to me till three days later. Told me everything was included with my purchase. I received the within a couple of days. I decided the purchase wasn’t for me so I did a return. The item got stuck in customs. I immediately called Fedex. They told me that the company had to get a hold with them. I sent the company numerous emails. no response whatsoever finally after the third day, I got an email saying they sent my issue to a higher department three days have passed I have heard nothing from them finally after the seventh day the package moved. I got no email regarding what happened what they did or anything. Once they received the return they sent me an email letting me know that they received the return and I should get my refund in a couple of days. When I check my bank statement they refund me partial! Again, sending them numerous email for a response and they have yet to getting in contact with me!! I would never purchase from this company ever again! And I suggest you do the same save yourself the hassle!!  and until this day, I still haven’t heard from them no email no nothing!! worst company ever!!
