Again awful experience

Again troubles with this store! There was any order purchased without an issue really! So the current situation that I just bought an item using my promocode and after 20 minutes i decided to buy 1 more item but the promocode is NOT working anymore and the customer support said it was 1 time use code for the final sale, HOW would I know that if there is NO any single word or warning that the code is only 1 time use BEFORE purchase? This is hilarious!!! HOW PEOPLE HAS TO KNOW if you DONT provide any information about this on your website BEFORE using the code?????? So people could think twice if that’s all what they want or not!

I purchased a pair of shoes on Monday

I purchased a pair of shoes on Monday - but they couldn't find my order now. The price for the boots were 800€. Then when I went to repurchase the price had now been upped to 900€. Then I find the price somehow for 650€ - when I then click 'purchase' the price changed magically to 900€. I really gave them a lot of chances to help me and they didn't. Now I won't get my boots in time nor at the price I first received.

Bad shop practices and unhelpful customer support. Stay away

My item went on sale even before it got shipped. Asked support for help by price matching, standard practice, every e-retailer honors such request. Apparently every shop does price matching unless it’s LN-CC, they refused to help, saying that my product I ordered was the last one that was in stock of that size (every other size is still available). I can just send it back and order it again, to get the additional discount I want 🤦‍♂️. Why make it so hard for the customer? Seems so unnecessary. Additionally support forgot to reply to me, so I had to send them an additional reminder e-mail about my request. Not recommended. Edit: Apparently they answer here to look like they are actually trying to help. Don’t be fooled by the poor PR stunts. This makes it look even more unprofessional with the copy paste replies to meet their reply quota on trustpilot 💀. Still not recommended.

Website doesn’t update inventory so…

Website doesn’t update inventory so it’s a waste of time to order items as they appear to be available but aren’t. Then the refund process hold your money for up to a week. If they updated inventory everyday it would run more smoothly.

I love your products and service. Always on time and reliable. I only wish that you’ll add the countries tax too at the end of the bill when you’ll ship, so that it’s not a surprise extra amount to pay when you receive the package.
