I requested a return from LN-CC. Unfortunately, this company uses Fedex as a courier. I was given a 4 hour time slot. I cancelled plans to be in. Pick-up did not happen. I called Fedex after waiting for 3 hours 40 minutes. I was informed this was a failed pick up. Complete lie as I was at home. I have now been given a new pick up tomorrow from 8am to 5pm! Another wasted day. I wont buy from this company again due to Fedex
