LN-CC sent the wrong sized item. To send it back, you have to take photos of the item and its label, dealing with online customer service, who are slow to respond (up to a week at a time). There is no facility for them to exchange for the correct size - so, a full refund process is needed (as long as you can get a returns authorisation number out of them!). I then re-ordered the item, and they sent the wrong size AGAIN. Getting the authorisation number from LN-CC to start the return took 13 days. Colossal waste of my time twice in a row.
