Fast delivery to Ireland, dress was excellent quality!

International and Canadian consumers beware. Specifically Canadian. Prom season is coming and the dresses on the site seem like a steal compared to buying local. They aren’t. After the exchange, the duty and shipping the items received were found to one, not fit properly and secondly, one of the dresses the construction was subpar. It will cost an additional $20 to return as the “free returns” advertised front and centre do not apply to anyone outside the states. Unless you like in the states, don’t order from this company. It’s too much of a hassle.

I've been following this brand on IG for months for their incredibly cute, modern, and trendy styles. I finally purchased 3 dresses and 1 pair of pants... and returned them ALL. The fabric was incredibly thin. Lots of stray threads, and even unfinished edges!?? Straps on dresses relied on tied closures which is dicy (and again... cheap). I tend not to purchase patterns/prints until I trust a brand, but based on my experience I would expect pattern edges to be misaligned to cut cost... which always looks cheap. Overall disappointing and kind of surprising for the price tag. The only "pro" is that all 4 garments did fit properly, but who would want to wear them... especially for the price?

Lovely product selection and prompt dispatch of my order; However my order was incomplete (missing a low value item so not a huge deal, but I had paid for it after all). My emails and messages via social media have been ignored. Disappointing.

Op 8 januari (08.01.2022) heb ik bij lulus.com een jurkje en schoenen besteld, en deze met standard shipping laten bezorgen. Ik was ervan op de hoogte dat er invoerrechten betaald zouden moeten worden, en hiervan kreeg ik via DHL netjes een bericht. Tevens wist ik dat als ik iets zou willen retourneren, ik dit zelf op zou moeten sturen en Lulus geen retourlabel kan leveren buiten de VS. Gelukkig is retourneren ook helemaal niet nodig, want vandaag (14.01.2022) is mijn pakketje al binnen gekomen! Ik had verwacht dat het langer zou duren, dus ik ben blij verrast! De jurk is precies zoals op de foto's en past perfect, net zoals de schoenen. Ik ga hier in de toekomst zeker weer bestellen, ik heb een hele fijne ervaring gehad met Lulus!

Bad quality and Bad customer service. The pictures are edited to hide the true quality and finishing of the items. I received one of the items fabric was all defected, another item the fabric is transparent while it doesn't show or specify in the description, and a third item all deformed. The problem is that I paid for shipping and customs in Canada, and shipping back to the USA over a month ago and until today I did not get refunded. Please note that Lulus items does not reflect the real quality.

first they are having the worst return system, you have to pay a lot to return it second quality is so poor for the price we are paying.very cheap quality dress

International people be careful, if you are not in US you will need to pay for your return shipment which in my situation was 50% of my purchase!! They do not create return labels and all the headache of returns is on you.
