Unfortunately I was not sent a survey to fill out, but I was afforded excellent costumer service while talking to a representative. I had a bit of a returning issue and Casey went out of the way to explain and help me out. I reached out through text message and response time was very speedy and extremely helpful. At the very least I can say Casey deserves a raise!

I recently had a horrible experience with Lulus. My shipping address is different from my billing address and this is a very normal thing that on any other website wouldn’t be an issue. They refunded me and said i had to make the payment through paypal to “verify that i was the credit card holder”. When i contacted them they said that it was the only way that i could make the payment so i just canceled the order because I don’t use paypal and i really didn’t enjoy their outdated ways of online payments. It was overall inconvenient and a horrible experience. Would strongly advise against buying from them if your shipping and billing addresses don’t match!!!

Amazing customer service
I used their website for the first time yesterday and placed an order for almost $500. I realized right after I placed the order that I forgot to use my new customer 15% off offer. I did not expect them to honor this since it was my mistake, but I messaged them on the chat via their website. They asked me for the coupon code & applied it to my order for $73 off! I am so shocked they did this, most companies would say sorry & you can use it next time. Agent I spoke with was super sweet and efficient. They won me over with this great customer service. My 10 items shipped within the same day of ordering as well.

Pay attention to the "free return" requirements
I always try to read return policies carefully to make sure I know what I'm getting myself into and am able to keep up my end of the bargain. I *thought* I'd done that here: free returns within 10 days of delivery; $7 return fee from 11-30 days. What I missed was that the free return needed to be POSTMARKED (i.e., dropped off/in the mail) within 10 days of delivery, where I had been thinking that was the deadline to initiate the return without the fee. So, my fault for not catching that. I luckily happened to start my return on the night of day 9 and managed to get my label printed and package dropped off before end of business hours the following day. There is nothing wrong with their return policy. It is clearly stated on their website, and their emailed return instructions made the cutoff date very obvious. I do think, though, it might make things a little easier/more straightforward to just stick to either free returns or a return label fee for the entire return window. It's like, knowing you have to pay $7 for pizza from the beginning feels very different from thinking you're getting free pizza but then discovering you have to pay $7 because you showed up too late, y'know? Anyway, this is a lot of words to say to my fellow shoppers: be sure to read the return policy carefully. Also, the dresses arrived pretty quickly but I wasn't crazy about the quality or fit—which is why we're talking about returns in the first place!

Terrible Quality
I ordered a dress I loved in two sizes in case one didn't fit for a wedding I had coming up. Both dresses arrived defective. One of them, the strap was literally sewn on backwards so I could not tighten the strap and it was unwearable. The other, the stitching was messed up at the bottom causing the internal fabric to flip out. Both also had loose threads everywhere. Now I have to return both and have no time to order another dress for the wedding I am attending. Even if I was dumb enough to order the same dress again, and hope it wasn't defective, they are now sold out online. Extremely poor quality. Save your money. Very dissapointed.

I don’t order online much as I’ve had things come months late and the fit be so unflattering once received but, if you’re debating ordering from this site I’ll be the one to tell you DO IT. I can’t say enough good things about it. I just got a dress from Lulus that I’ll be wearing to my graduation and the quality is just mint. I measured myself extremely carefully thinking that it would fit me either slightly too big or small but the size of the dress is exactly as advertised. It also came unbelievably fast, I’ve never been this satisfied with an online purchase before. A++

By far the worst customer service I have ever received. I made an order and I wrote them an email because I wanted to cancel the order and no one has respond even after 2 days, then I sent a text on their website and they gave me the same automated message. I call and every 2 minutes they say the same automated message that was sent in the email and ask if I want to hang up and get a call back, basically trying to get me to hang up. I waited almost 30 minutes before I gave up. Now I will have the order ship and have to pay for a return when they could have easily just cancelled it if they would have got back to me in a timely manner.
