SLECHTSTE SERVICE OOIT
Ik heb een jurkje besteld van 88 euro. Hiervoor heb ik meer dan 30 euro aan douanekosten betaald en express service om het op tijd binnen te krijgen. Van deze kosten was ik op de hoogte. Het jurkje zat helaas TOTAAL NIET zoals op de foto, veel te wijd en groot (en had extra een maat kleiner besteld dan ik normaal heb). Jammer maar kan gebeuren. Ik wil het pakket terugsturen en op de website staat dat binnen 10 dagen retourneren gratis is. Krijg ik een bericht dat ze voor mij geen retourlabel kunnen maken en dat ik het zelf moet aanmelden en terugsturen. DIT KOST ME WEER 30 EURO. Contact opgenomen en ze blijven gewoon zeggen sorry we kunnen geen retourlabel voor je aanmaken je moet het zelf versturen. Nergens staat dit vermeld???? Vind dit echt absurd. Ik zal hier nooit nooit nooit meer iets bestellen.

Great website, great company. I've ordered a few dresses from this place and they seem to be pretty well-made and they're decently priced (for when you are just looking for a new dress for an event; otherwise, it can be pricey to primarily source your wardrobe from them!). I pay attention to details and stitching, and everything seems to be in good order and good quality, and they have an amazing variety of dresses and other clothes. I'm really looking forward to future purchases. My only issue is that the Lulus app is a little glitchy, but it doesn't really affect my overall view of things. Thanks for giving me some pretty dresses!

I've made several orders from Lulus and cannot express my love for them to my friends! Customer service is amazing, and clothes are made with good quality and reasonably priced. I ordered shoes that were too tight, and the size I needed was out of stock so, I immediately called the customer service line and they got my order number and they made the process fast and easy. They gave me an estimate day when the size would be in stock and deducted the return fee since the size would come after the 30 day window. I am so thankful for their help and cant wait to shop here more!

I have been using Lulus for years now and can honestly say it is one of the BEST places to buy clothes online. It’s the only place I shop now… they have everything and the community is so great at leaving honest reviews regarding sizes, styles, and quality. You can search your height and weight and get the size you need based off of reviews. They also always have some kind of coupon available so it’s also affordable. I’ve never had an issue with returns (although honestly most things fit so I’ve only had to do returns a couple times). Definitely shop here!

Worst Customer Service Ever
I ordered a dress from Lulu's a little while ago and paid for expedited shipping for an event I had. After 5 business days, the shipment had still not been processed by the USPS and I could not get a hold of Lulu's customer service. I tried calling twice, used the live chat, and emailed twice and I received nothing in response. Finally, I received one email response but it was extremely unhelpful and did not give me any information. It has now been 10 business days when the dress was supposed to arrive in 3-5 and this customer service experience has been one of the worst I have ever had.

Make prices reasonable..
Their clothes are really pretty and adorable but overpriced. I know making quality clothes is a lot and they take consideration and good care into their clothing, but that doesn’t mean they should cost more than they look. A loooooot of things are wayyyyy overpriced. Could just be me, but I don’t think you should be paying $50-70 (or even more) money for a piece of clothing. Unless it’s really that special. A lot of their stuff you can look at and see how nice it’s made but the prices aren’t fair game. I almost spent $300+ buying 4 things. :/ Anyway that’s all, good clothes, great people, distasteful prices (most of the time). High quality doesn’t mean stupid high prices. (Also there are tons of other clothing companies that can give you more for less!)

Customer service reps are unresponsive
I've been a loyal Lulus customer for years. I've spent hundreds, probably thousands, of dollars with their company. Today, I couldn't get through to a customer service rep until nearly 6 p.m. and it was through chat, not a phone call. I sat on hold for nearly an hour. No one responded to my email message or my text. I won't shop at Lulus again after this. I don't appreciate being ignored.

Horrible Customer Service
I ordered express shipping for my wedding shower and the box never showed up. I was devastated, so I contacted them for a refund. They basically said I have to start an investigation with UPS which could take 8 days then they would consider a refund. What I ordered was not super cheap so it was really challenging to figure out a back up plan. I ended up having to where the same dress I wore to my engagement party. Here I am 15 days later with no refund. I do NOT recommend, I will not shop here ever again.

Unorganized, unprofessional
Because they sent a wrong invoice to DHL, my order is staying for almost one week at the customs. In spent my last week on Lulus website chat, speaking with all the customer service employees, none of them managed to solve a simple invoice correction. After doing their job and the DHL service job, me being the middleman between these two, now Lulus is telling me it takes another 3 days for another department to respond. Stay away if you live in the EU.
