15 april een bestelling gedaan. Vandaag een mail gekregen dat het pakketje niet kon geleverd worden omdat ze het adres niet vonden. In de brievenbus zat toch een briefje dat ze hier geweest waren. Ben al de hele dag thuis niemand aangebeld.. wel mag ik 113 euro douanekosten betalen als ik het pakketje ga afhalen.. bestel hier niet 🙄 bijna 3 maanden wachten op je bestelling en dan nog een douanekosten moeten betalen..

I just recently ordered a pink…

I just recently ordered a pink embroidered maxi dress for $112 and the quality of the dress it's literally like if I got it from a thifty store. It looked used, wrinkle, and it didn't even have a how to care for tag attached.You can see the hem has been trimmed. I'm very unhappy with this dress and I would of returned right away but my daughter needs it next week and is too late to order another dress. THAT DRESS IS NOT WORTH $112!!!

My Sister told me about Lulus and I am so happy she did! Both my daughter and I have curves, so it is very difficult to order clothes online that fit the first time! Lulus' shipping and return process is absolutely the best I have ever experienced! They make it soooo easy to try on these beautiful clothes and find a great fit. We shop Lulus first for every occasion! Keep up the great customer service and quality. The only negative is that their sales do not run long. By the time I see the text, the promo has either expired or the size we need is sold out. Still though, an amazing company!

Refused refund and discarded $880 worth of MY dresses

I ordered $880 worth of dresses for my mini wedding ceremony this year as my big wedding got postponed due to COVID. I tried these items on ONE TIME in my bedroom. I did not “wear and tear” them. I returned them and then ordered another $250 in dresses of the right size and right style. My refund was rejected due to “wear and tear”. I did not respond to the email in time (1 week) and they emailed me again to let me know that they had DISCARDED my $880 worth of dresses. Now I can’t even try to sell them online to make up some of my lost money. I understand if you couldn’t return them for possibly a few cat hairs, but to THROW OUT the dresses that I paid for with MY money?! I cannot believe this company. I will never order from them again. I’m appalled.

Expensive and dissapointing

I found the quality of the items I bought to be cheap, as a skirt I’ve worn twice is already pilling and showing it’s wear. For paying $42 for a skirt, I expect it to last and so far it’s not. I bought sandals as well, which haven’t been the most comfortable but I think they’re really cute so I’m struggling through the blisters they give me. I will probably never shop at Lulus again because I can get the same quality at a cheaper price pretty much everywhere else.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I made a purchase worth of $196 and I was missing two items for my package worth $100 and whenever I called to let them know about the problem they said they wanted to open investigation with UPS that apparently it wasn’t their fault they had nothing to do with it once it leaves the warehouse they have no control over it which I understand but when I receive the package there was no tampering no damages nothing. what a fraud

Had an issue, they easily solved it!

Ordered for the first time a few weeks ago, ordered a distressed t and a bralette. Came really fast, unfortunately the bralette was the wrong one. I emailed lulus and within a few hours Veronica responded and more than fixed the whole issue for me! I'll be placing another order with the again soon

Not Coo-coo for Lulu’s

I ordered nearly a thousand dollars worth of merchandise to be delivered to my summer residence. The order was erroneously cancelled causing me to lose the 30% discount and not only that, they tried to get me to pay on PayPal. How convenient FOR THEM considering PayPal’s return and refund policy has just become more strict, I spoke to customer service (after confirming that my credit card company had ACCEPTED the payment, I HAVE THE EMAILS FROM THEM LULU’S) only to be told that PayPal was my only option. No it’s not. Not ever purchasing from this company in the future is ALSO an option. No offer to reprocess the order, no taking ownership of QUESTIONABLE practices... NO THANKS. In response to Lulu’s response: ONE, don’t “xoxo” me. It isn’t CUTE, it isn’t OK and it isn’t APPROPRIATE for a business to send “hugs and kisses” to a CUSTOMER. I’m not your “love”, EITHER. I don’t even LIKE your company. Yes, I DID decline to pay via PayPal, thanks for stating what I already did in my post. SO helpful. About as helpful as a kick in the face with a soccer cleat. And, equally as graceful. “Flag” away if you so choose. I’ll just add it to my complaint with the FTC. Toodles! Bye-the-bye, you sent a text saying I was unsubscribed AFTER I texted you “STOP” to unsubscribe from your nauseating “Love” texts. I’m not sure if that’s a FCC violation or not but I’m contacting them, just in case, too. Especially bc I did it TWICE. Which means you kept my info after the first “unsubscribe” or you wouldn’t be able to “confirm” my cancellation, twice. Meh, it’s lockdown. All I’ve got is time. Double Toodles!
