I love Lulus but it seems like…
I love Lulus but it seems like everything has gone down hill, I order two beautiful dresses (so it seemed online) and when they arrived they were not what I expected. The beautiful floral dress was not in great condition, there were fabric strings hanging all over. The lace dress is just OK, material is a bit cheap compared to other beautiful pieces I have order from Lulus. I don’t think I’ll be buying from them again.

Love Lulu's !!! Very broad selection of clothing, perfect for pretty much every style. Love their materials and for the most part good quality. The only thing i must say, is the pants aren't very stretchy so make sure you have a good idea of your size!! And of course, with bigger purchases, if you are shipping to canada please beware of DUTY FEES!!! they are ridiculously high!!!

This is my favorite place to shop online, for several years I'll go to Lulus when I need new clothes! Quality of clothing is always good, always true to size/never have had issues with sizing, quick shipping, quick returns/refunds if needed. I like that they sell a variety of brands and that they always stay current with the trends. It's just overall a great place to shop!

Horrible experience, buyer beware!!!
Horrible experience. Highly recommend you take your money and business elsewhere... Bought a pair of shoes. Super excited to get them. Open the box today only to find out they were the wrong pair. Not only were they the wrong pair, they have scuff marks on the sides, and there are several stickers on the box covering the shoe description. These were a final sale so of course they can’t send me the pair I purchased. You would think they would have some type of system where you check the item before mailing it out. To top things off I have to go and print off a return label myself and then wait for them to receive and finally refund my money. Buyers beware!!!!!

Lulus Size Charts are Way Off
Lulus is often hit or miss for me, but my recent experiences were just OK. I bought 3 dresses on final sale and followed the size charts exactly, but every dress fits completely different, one is way too big, another is way too large in the top and bottom but the waist fits fine(?), and the other fit perfectly. I found out that the best way to get the right size is to follow the reviews from real customers on the site. The reviews with measurements in them AND pictures are godsend. I have since bought 2 dresses that fit me like a glove (just shy of too small) because I followed the advice/sizing in the reviews. If the reviews don't include hints on sizing for my specific size, I don't buy it. The shipping takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks. The fabric quality varies, but are mostly very good. 3 stars because I do love the dresses that fit. All of this considered, it's a hassle overall.

Poor quality for price
I wanted to love them because they have such cute stuff on their site. However, the clothing is very cheaply and poorly made for the prices. If you don't mind cheap quality and you're looking for on-trend stuff, just go to Boohoo, Showpo, or Pretty Little Things. I've bought trousers, rompers, jumpsuits, etc from Lulus. I really tried. Every single item disappointed. Pay less, shop somewhere else.

Lulus refusing to lodge claim for UPS lost return package
I will try to keep this short and to the point, yet I have been stressed over this for over 2 months now as I am out of pocket $100 (its a lot of money to me. I created a return for 2 clothing items on June 26th Lulus provided a return label. I went to my local UPS store and handed in my package and was given a drop off receipt by the associate at UPS. After about a week it came to my attention that I was given an incorrect tracking number on my drop off receipt. I of course followed this up with both UPS and Lulus in order to figure out where my package was as the tracking on my package wasn’t moving and wasn’t even shown as scanned in by UPS. After constant back and forth calls and emails, both parties are denying accountability for my lost package. The main problem here is that because Lulus provided me with the label initially, they are considered the ‘shipper’.. General UPS rules are, that if there is a damaged or lost package with UPS, only the shipper is able to lodge a claim and begin an investigation into resolving this issue to receive a refund for lost items. Because I am not the shipper, I have no control over this situation and have been told repeatedly by UPS that it is up to Lulus to initiate a claim. I have asked Lulus several times to do this and they are refusing based on the fact that my package wasn’t scanned in.. Even though I have several forms of proof that I handed my package to a UPS Store in person. UPS is aware of this yet still maintain that Lulus IS in fact able to begin the claim. I understand it is the error of UPS that has lead to the loss of my package however, as the shipper of the package, Lulus remains obligated to investigate this matter further As the package is STILL missing. Frankly I am appalled at Lulus blatant lack of accountability or assistance in this matter. I feel powerless as a consumer in this circumstance, Don’t expect Lulus to fight for you.. or better yet, just don’t order anything from them to avoid the stress
