I tend to not read reviews and jump into buying mode. Now that I am reading the reviews from Lulus, I see a lot of bad reviews, but I never had those issues, so I think that Lulus is not consistent with their customers. When I bought from Lulus which was a year ago approximately, I did not have any issue at all with their clothing. However, the only thing I will mention is their pricing which is a bit high. Quality is between ok and good.

This rating is specific to their prices. Their clothes are RIDICULOUSLY over priced!! I ordered two dresses and my total including duty fees cost me over $440. TOTAL REGRET! Duty fees were basically over $120. Absolutely ridiculous. If you're ordering from Canada or any other country besides US, don't bother. It will be my very last time purchasing from lulus. Never again!

Edit: Lulus was nice enough to reach out and fix the issue. Thanks again. I got a dress for my birthday dinner and paid extra for 3 day shipping. 9 days later and the package isnt here. Costumer service basically said too bad but we cant do anything.

I’ve ordered a total of about 5 times with Lulus since the pandemic started. Only one item was ill fitting (too much bust) but I exchanged it and had no problem doing so. Everything else has been phenomenal quality & I really don’t understand the poor reviews. I also never had a problem with shipping, unlike with other brands (boohoo, pretty little thing, etc.) who took WEEKS, I ordered express delivery & I got it every time. Love Lulus.

wish i could give 0 stars. paid for 2 day delivery and 8 days later nothing arrived...can’t even track where it’s located. so disappointed and WASTED my money. they didn’t even attempt to do anything abt it.

I never received my order. Lulus claims that it was shipped but the tracking number belongs to another order not mine. 300$ lost.

We shop a lot online from all different countries and I must say this is not one I’ll be returning too. First it took over a month to receive my order and then the duties on the order. I’ve never paid so much for so little and when I contacted the company they did nothing for me. Do not buy if ordering to Canada. My order cost $160 and fees cost $75 and the clothes are not worth it. Biggest disappointment ever.

Ordered some dresses June 2, 2020 and given covid, I have some leniency with shipping. However, it has been over 45 days and tracking has not updated for a month...

Paid 30 dollars for Express shipping a month ago and still haven't recieved my dress. My friend in the same province ordered her dress 2 days AFTER me, but I was told again and again it is due to the pandemic and canada post. It was supposed to be here July 1, it is July 14. I didnt even get a confirmation email until the 10th when I complained initially. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE.
