My first contact with Concord was with Account Representative, Gene Harris who explained the coverage, the tiers, and the price in very good detail. He did this with clarity and without undue pressure to purchase. The ordering and signup process only took a couple of vehicle pictures, filling in a couple of forms, and an electronic signature. A pretty positive experience so far and the price was about 1/2 of comparable contracts from the big name extended warranty companies that I compared coverage with. Only time will tell if claims are handled as well as promised. I forgot to mention that I checked the BBB to see how this company is rated and was pleased to see the 5 stars (81 reviews) and an A- rating. It also shows a summary of very few complaints with explanations of resolutions that appear pretty believable.

Went online to get a quote and within 5 minutes I received an email and in 10 I got a call from Maurice. He basically told me what plan I had qualified used my mileage. I got the best deal for three year or 30,000 miles. I highly recommend Concord Auto Protect and Maurice did an Outstanding job!
