When the dealer tried to sell me an extended warranty I decided to shop it. Concord Auto Protect was significantly lower by almost half The coverage was far superior with concord and our Rep was excellent efficient and knowledgeable. Morris was very informative and quoted a very reasonable price. Hopefully won’t have to use but am comfortable that Concord will be there if I do need to use the Warrenty

Concord has an excellent reputation witnessed by positive reviews of customers. On the other hand, it would be wise for Concord to seek to ensure their product should there be any issues in the future that might otherwise affect delivering their product to their customers.

I called this company, Mr. Gene Harris did not waste any of my times. His information was clear & concise. He explained everything & put me on the plan that I wanted. The question is: will the company be very good when my car has a problem? I do not know. But for now, I have to rate with 5 stars.

Haven’t had to use the insurance yet, but the coverage is an excellent value, and their customer service is fantastic. Very easy to talk to. I have peace of mind now about repair costs
