I had recently bought a plan for my daughters used car we just purchased and then realized that mine warranty was about to expire. I contacted Donald as he helped me the first time and I received wonderful service the second time I purchased. I hope that I don't have to use the policies on either car but they are there is I need them

Highly recommend Concord Auto Protect. They exceeded our expectations when they were able to cover an after market item (back up camera) on my wife's 2014 Toyota Prius C. It was not on the car when it was orginally sold in 2014 but it was on there when we bought the car in 2017. The customer service personnel were responsive, helpful, and courteous. A little disappointed that we couldn't pay reach Concord customer service at 8:30am when the car was ready but the professionals at Concord got a hold of us and took care of the service with the automotive center over the phone at 9:30am; no issues or questions. We're very happy and will definitely recommend them to others.

I haven't really needed coverage yet, but it is nice to know I have it. It is a much better deal than the first deal I got from Enterprise.

Getting all my questions answered and into a policy right for my situation went really smooth. I really appreciated the treatment in getting me taken care of.

Harry is Simply the Best. He provided me with a lot of options and knew all the answers to my questions. I especially like the way Concord has its service agreement posted on the web. None of the other extended car warranty companies do. Perhaps this is an oversight but it created for me a perception of trying to hide information. I like to be able to understand a service agreement so when I call the company I can have my questions ready to ask. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.

Cannot give a 5 unless it was for the rep with whom I spoke. Very pleasant and helpful. Hopefully this transaction will prove valuable and then the company can get my 5 star rating.
