Detailed, informative, helpful BEYOND what I was expecting when I called and was stuck with GWC Warranty and read online the bad reviews for them and the amazing reviews for CONCORD! HARRY PICKED THE BALL UP WITH MY 1ST EXPERIENCE RIGHT OFF THE BAT AND WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE EVERYTHING SMOOTH! Helping with the best to offer for my situation, I couldn't ask for a better experience nor have I had this kind of customer service in about 10 years! Give this man a raise 5 star experience I will be referring others to join Concord in the near future, Thank you again Harry!

I purchased a warranty for my car right after my dealer warranty expired,to have a back up whenever my car needs to be fixed. I paid for the” advance cover” and I was told that my car can be fixed in any dealership or shop . After 3 months, my car start to leak steering fluid, I called concord , they told to take it to any mechanic including dealership to have the car checked and we go from there. I took it to Benzel bush in Englewood, they diagnosed it and they contacted concord to pay the charges. The bill was 2800$, and concord refuse to pay the dealer more than 1900$. I had no choice beside taking the car to a cheap mechanic to have it fixed for cheap so concord can afford to pay , and I paid the dealership the diagnostics charges 300$. After 2 weeks of having the steering fixed , the transmission stopped working. I took it to a transmission shop to be checked, they told me that the transmission oil pump is not working and the transmission needs to be rebuilt for 3600$. We contacted concord and they send an inspector to check the car, and he agreed that the pump which is located inside the transmission is not working , and he will contact the mechanic after Sending the report to concord. The pump is a lubricated part and all lubricated parts are cover under my policy. First answer from concord was that they cant pay to fix it because I had a claim recently about the steering ( which means that u can u one claim only which it doesn’t say that in the contract ). Second time I called , they said that in the contract they didn’t mention the oil pump( they must forget to type it as “frank “said ) so this mean that they don’t cover the whole transmission breakdown. They offered me 250$ to help me paying off 3600$. Third call, they said the same but they offered me 500$ Instead of 250$. Last call, Michael who was really nice over the phone, offered me back a full refund instead of the 500$ and my policy will be cancelled. I was planning to sue them as few lawyers and the mechanic told me to do. But I decided to take the full refund because I need the car to be fixed ASAP, I didn’t want to wait longer. What’s funny, I called once to complain to the manager, they said that there is no manager in this company . I left a 2 stars for micheal who was very nice and did his best to help, beside that I would leave a 1 star review.

Even the Porsche dealer that wanted to sell me a Penske policy, told me that he could not beat the deal I was quoted from Concord. The Concord policy included considerably more miles, a longer time period and was less expensive.

Great service. I bought a policy from Steven on my 2014 Audi. One year into the policy my turbo broke down, I had a 0 dollar deductlable so I did not have to come out of pocket. Thank you Steven for making my experience as smooth as you possibly could! I would reccomand this company to anyone looking for extended coverage.

November 1, 2018 My Concord representative is Jeff Brooks. He was excellent, knew the warranty coverage packet well. Worked hard to get me some discounts which I appreciate greatly. Every dollar counts and that is why I purchased a good vehicle warranty package from Concord. I hope I don't have to use it, but it is there if I do. Jeff has a great voice on the phone, easy to understand, no second guessing what was said. Made me feel confident and comfortable talking to him. He answered my questions clearly and honestly. Honestly I did feel some pressure to finalize the sale, but I was met by surprise with his willingness to find additional features to sweeten the initial warranty offer. Ultimately concord presented the most straightforward and specifically personal customer service approach than Endurance, Infinite or Carchex (leading competitors).
