The product didn't ship as pictured. For $100 I would expect the presentation to be more beautiful. It was all just laying down in the basket and was sealed.. disappointed

The service and communication is horrible. What you see in the phot is far from what you revive. I ordered a basket for my sister’s née home. Wrote s nice message too. The delivery was so late 2 weeks, the items in the basket was way less than what I ordered, the packing completely different than what she received and worst than there was no message. It was my first time and definitely will be my last time using them. I wish I had read the reviews about the company. I saw the item review was four and half star out of 108 reviews. What a deceiving review they had on their website😡😡😡😡😡
Spoiled Mother’s Day
I ordered a gift for my mother in law over a week ago to be delivered in time for Mother’s Day. I was originally told the gift would be delivered on Friday 5/7. On Thursday 5/6 I get an email that they will be unable to deliver the gift before 5/12 but offered to upgrade my purchase free of charge to something else. Great! I reply asking if the upgrade options would be delivered before Mother’s Day and was told no, there was no way they’d arrive by Sunday. How does that help? Thank you for waiting to communicate the item was unavailable until I have absolutely no time to execute a backup plan. They have offered me a store credit (thanks, but no thanks), and are currently haggling about just issuing me a full refund. Steer clear.
Gift received didn’t match photo accompanying item offered
I purchased a Mother’s Day floral arrangement from GiftTree based upon the photo that accompanied the item. I chose the “best” selection in order to make sure what my wife received would match that photo. It did not ... so I reached out to customer service asking if a mistake had been made or was it intentional? I attached photos to back up my claim. Well, they responded by basically saying I received exactly what I ordered. They did so in spite of the obvious differences between the two photos. As I told them, I can deal with mistakes ... I won’t deal with deceit or deceptive practices. Since 2017, I have ordered a number of high-end GiftTree baskets for clients. Now, I’m very concerned what they showed would be included in those baskets might not have been what my clients received. How would the clients know and/or how would I know? I do know this ... if a person, organization or company will do something deceptive once yet claim otherwise in spite of the evidence, they’ll do it again ... and again. It’s obvious to me they don’t care a wit about losing a customer who’s made multiple purchases for years. How do you think they’ll treat a one off purchaser?
Worst service ever
Worst service ever. Ordered after they had a cal pop up window - with expected dates. And not only they didn’t ship - it will arrive a week later ! Without any inputs or alerts from them. Last time I buy, and sorry for hundreds of $ I already spent through them.
