Ordered a $ 100+ fruit basket for my son-in-laws brother on the 16th of September. Their father whom I known for decades died unexpectedly. It is now the16th of October. And still no fruit. It is yet to be delivered! Yelp website gives them the same type of horrid reviews. Called Gift Tree. Asked them to send an apology note and a small gift . They do not want to do anything. Do not do business with this organization. I did not check the is company out. But please do so.

Sent a bottle of wine to my friend that got a promotion. She received the bottle of wine and also got a personal phone call from a representative who read my congrats note live to my friend, Nice Touch GiftTree!!!

The website is easy to navigate but I selected 3 gifts but was unable to link them into 1 gift which was disappointing

My cart was saved instead of my order being placed

I placed my order on 9/24 for two items to be delivered to the same residence, very late in that night and selected a 9/30 delivery date. I was talking to one of the individuals who I was sending the gifts to tonight to find out that there were no delivers received from GiftTree at their home today. As a result, I checked my email to find that I actually did not have a confirmation email but the email that I did receive an email from Gift Tree on the evening that I placed the order merely stating that my cart was about to expire. I have to admit that I must have mistaken this for my order confirmation email. I am extremely upset that it is now almost a full week later that I am re-submitting my order which means another week for my order to be delivered with free shipping. It is quite evident that I put a lot of time and effort into the order that I placed as there were two personalized items in my cart in which I added personalized messages for each item. As a result, I feel like there should have been an additional notice sent when I didn't respond to the message about my cart expiring soon. In actuality, I truly feel like these items should be shipped sooner than next week at no additional cost due to this mishap as well as all of the business that I have doing with GiftTree as of late.

SO disappointing

I was SO embarrassed to see the arrangement that had been delivered to my friend. It was nothing like the description of what I ordered. I understand there are some limitations on available plants but I would much rather have had my order cancelled if I knew it would result in a cheap tacky arrangement. I am so disappointed with the price I paid for a very modern looking gift that ended up being some plants thrown in a cheap wicker basket. I would never recommend GiftTree to anyone.

Cotton Candy Bouquet

I placed an order for a birthday "Cotton Candy" bouquet for the "best" version, for my best friend's 50th birthday. As I live across the country and could not give her a gift in person and during the pandemic her options are limited (spa day or dinner out), I wanted something very special. I searched for a over a week for a service that offered more than the standard. I was impressed with the options at gift tree and that I could include a bottle of wine with the flowers. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. What she received was no better than a $15 bouquet from the supermarket. I contacted gift tree and was provided two options: a discount or a future coupon. I requested that the correct arrangement be delivered instead. They agreed. The second arrangement was not much better. The equivalent of 2 grocery store bouquets. I truly wish I could post the photos here. While they tried to rectify the situation, the result was still unsatisfactory. I know the local florist actually created the arrangement, but Gift Tree needs to have a better review process of their partners to maintain the standards of what they are selling on their website.
