This is the worst service I ever…

This is the worst service I ever experienced in my life; I ordered a gift basket for a friend as a Christmas gift but the gift was never delivered; according to them, it is still in transit so they refuse to give a refund; I called multiple time but they keep giving me that same excuse even though it's been almost 3 weeks; stay away from this company as possible!!!

STILL NO BASKET

Still no basket and Customer Service blamed it on COVID and the Postal Service... YIKES!! Don't order from here. I was told to contact the post office if I did not want to the basket to get there.... I ordered this basket on December 9, 2020....its December 28, 2020. I order all the gifts for my company... Please, please, please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

HORRIBLE COMPANY AND NO SUPPORT

Ordered from them on December 10th for a Christmas gift and it has yet to be delivered - today is the 29th. They told me it’d be delivered by the 17th and now the office that it was being sent to will be closed until after New Years. They don’t want to help at all saying it’s basically not their problem. Won’t refund. And if the package never makes it- I only get a store credit, not money back.. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. They charged me $70 for some chocolate and popcorn- never again. Next time I’ll just deliver it myself. At least I’ll know it made it.

What a rip off

What a rip off. Ordered the Godiva Gift tower for my clients for Christmas and one for myself to see what we got. Paid 129.00 for each one. The towers was not worth more than 50 dollars at best or even less because it did not contain everything they said it wood and the all the other the 2 small Godiva bars everything else was generic crap. The quantity was so small that it was embarrassing to have sent it.

Without a doubt the worst company to do business with

Without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered a $200.00 gift basket for a customer and the delivery date was scheduled for delivery next day Dec.16th. Even paid the extra for expedited delivery. I understand the virus and a snow storm had slowed down things which is why ordered early for Christmas. I checked daily with the delivery service and received the same update that product was on the truck ready for delivery that day. Called Gifttree and basically they did nothing to help out. 8 days later and the basket has not arrived so I will be calling Visa to dispute the charge and get my money back. Shame on you guys.

F.U....these company I ordered 9 gift baskets.. for my customers Its like rolling the dice for a delivery with this company. 3 basket did not make it. There needs to be a better explanation then a computer generated response. Customer Service is awful. Special her name is Cassandra she’s so terrible. I don't know how a company can play around when there is so much competition. Go with a different company for cookies, chocolates and crackers. ... just terrible service all around.

Stay away from these guys

DO not try to use this company! Last year they messed up REALLY BAD my order of two gift baskets for my customers. I thought that was an accident and decided to give them another shot this year. BIG mistake. They are inherently bad in delivering on time. i placed an order for two baskets on the same day to be delivered to the same address but to two different people. It was promised to be delivered last week on Dec 16th. One was delivered on Saturday morning and left on the front door of the business which is closed on weekends. The second is still in transit with no info on where it is. This is as bad as it gets in this business. Update 12/28/20: I would accept replay and explanation from gifttree.com if they did not do this second year in the raw! Last year, they messed up one of my two orders. I placed two orders at approximately the same time to the same address for the same item. They delivered orders a week apart! I would not disqualify a vendor based on just one mistake. I gave it another shot this year. Now it is clear - they do not know what they do and only rely on luck with the shippers. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!

Terrible company, never buy anything from this website especially if it is the Holidays season. No matter what you do and order anything a month ahead, your gift will never arrive on time (usually shipping for free for $69.99 and up) yet we bought a gift basket for $125 and paid extra for (busy season fee!). Again our gift never arrived on time and we were so embarrassed since it was a Christmas gift. Customer service are the worst and couldn't care less about our order or to fix the issue. Worst choice I have ever done to buy from this place. An update: Today is Dec.28th still the gift did not arrive yet and tracking says arriving late! Not mentioned even when, it is the worst place ever. Customer service replied here saying she sees one order this month! Great tracking inside the website too.
