Very very disappointed with this…

Very very disappointed with this website . Please do not use them..it was my son's 21 bday and I live in Singapore . Had ordered 2 hampers for the 18 the day of his birthday well in advance . The hamper arrived in the 23rd well over his bday day and the second one hasn't arrived yet which has fruits cheese etc . How can you run a gifting service and not deliver on time . They keep blaming UPS for this . But that's not acceptable. I run a small business too and my clients get everything on time always. I have spent $400 on this service and NEVER AGAIN .. Worst company and worst customer service . PLEASE DO NOT USE !!!!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Blaming UPS instead of taking responsibility

I paid for expedited shipping to reach my dear friend who lost a loved one and the package arrived 3 days after the expected and paid for date. Then I call them to request a refund since this item arrived after the funeral and just really reflected poorly on me as a person and the best they could offer was refunding the shipping. The representative even admitted they had a power outage and closed their facility that week so the delay was entirely their fault and not the fault of UPS. Will definitely not be using this company again and will choose a local service. Edited: just spoke to my recipient who sent me the disgusting photo of the basket that arrived to her home. Absolutely embarrassing, rotten fruit, missing more than half the items, and thrown into a box and mailed to her. I reached out again to the company who is still refusing to provide any support. Jamie was not only extremely unhelpful, but also uncourteous and had a miserable attitude. I am pursuing a chargeback through Amex and will never use this company again.

Sympathy Gift Basket was ordered for…

Sympathy Gift Basket was ordered for coworker. Selected Jan 18th for delivery, it arrived Jan 14th, unfortunately, recipient was not home. I immediately contacted Gift Tree, I was informed that the "fruit" would be fine but to contact them after recipient returned home. I contacted Gift Tree on Jan 18 to inform them that the fruit was spoiled. It is Jan 22 I have not heard a thing. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company!!!!!!!!!!! Belinda Bly

Horrible company. Asked for delivery on a specific date and it wasn't scheduled until a week later. Avoid at all costs!!!

I have to say this is the worst gift…

I have to say this is the worst gift experience ever. I initially received a very expensive gift basket that was completely damaged - when I opened it the champagne bottle was shattered and there was broken glass everywhere. Imagine opening that up and then having to clean up such a mess. Then I had to call/email more than a few times because no one ever followed up with me. A full replacement basket was promised but instead, only the champagne was replaced. Luckily it arrived unscathed this time but it was still pretty shoddily packaged.

Rotten Fruit; Complaint Ignored

Ordered a fruit basket for my mother in law. When it arrived, fruit was rotten. Complained, asked for my money back. They are ignoring me. I will never do business with this company again. They cheated and then ignored me. They will cheat and then ignore you. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

We had an issue with my order but the issue was solved and the present delivered

There was an issue with my payment and the company thought that it was fraudulent in some sense. I've contacted the support several times and it was impossible to tell why the order was declined for a couple of times which was kind of irritating. But after I was contacted by the customer advocate the issue was quickly resolved, payment approved, and order delivered on time. The person who received the present was very happy to have it and like the look which was the end goal for me. So since everything was solved, I thank the company for the service and the gift!

Unreliable Company

I ordered the Metropolitan Gourmet Gift Basket for my niece for Christmas. I placed the order online December 7th. My niece lives in North Carolina and Gift Tree shipped it from their North Carolina warehouse on Dec 12th, for a delivery on December 18th. The basket was just delivered this morning, January 6th! I called their costumer service number several time and was told they couldn’t do anything about it.... it was the US Post offices’ fault! First of all, WHO ships baskets with the Post Office this day in time? They promised me delivery before Christmas and they should have used a more reliable delivery service like Fed EX or UPS! They took my money and washed their hand clean of the responsibility of seeing that my basket was delivered when promised! I will Never use this company for a gift again!!! April Barker
