First and last time using GiftTree

I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE REVIEWS BEFORE I BUY FROM GiftTree. Had the same problem as other customers ordering in advance to make sure it will arrive on Christmas time. One basket arrived three days after Christmas, second 6 days later and third basket arrived 13 days after Christmas! On top of that people that received the third basket are close enough to us to send us pictures of the basket all messed up and with cheap products in it. We spent $430 for cheap snacks! The first two baskets were sent to important people to us for appreciation, we feel so uncomfortable! On Jan 2nd I called to complain about the lateness of the first two baskets and that the third basket wasn't received at all! Guy called James told me the same thing as other unhappy customers. The delivery was only for an "estimated date" and he refused to give back any refund. I asked for a refund on the third basket that wasn't received at all and he said they have to investigate with posts and he accused me of giving the wrong address. So unprofessional! He said he will send me an email. I never received an email or refund from them and later that day the basket was delivered to the right address, almost two weeks from the day I ordered it. I will never use GiftTree again!!!

Bad fruit

Bad fruit. Not organic, overripe, dry and damaged with equipment gouges obviously from before packaged. Yuck. The package of broken crackers and rbst milk cheese look ok.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - DELIVERED WRONG DAY AND RUINED SURPRISE 90TH BIRTHDAY PARTY. IT WAS A SURPRISE PARTY, BUT THE BASKET WAS DELIVERED WRONG DAY, AND THE RECIPIENT DISCOVERED THERE WAS GOING TO BE A PARTY FOR HER AT HER HOUSE…..SHE IS TURNING 90! CUSTOMER SERVICE DIDNT CARE, AND REPLIED “YOU SHOULD BE HAPPY IT CAME EARLY !”…. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ordered a $200 gift basket 2 weeks in…

Ordered a $200 gift basket 2 weeks in advance to be delivered to a business. Paid the extra fee to have it delivered on a specific day for the event. Basket did not arrive and came a day late. Requested a refund from Gift Tree only for the shipping cost and the extra fee charged to have it delivered on a specific date. Thought that was reasonable of me only asking for my shipping to be refunded and not the entire order. They denied my refund saying that the delivery was only for an "estimated date". Will not use this company again due to failure to perform as advertised.

Shipping experience .. Don't order from GiftTree

I ordered a Gift basket with wine as a thank you present for a friend. I paid expedited shipping so it could be delivered on a certain date. I got informed that the item was not available until about three weeks after the order date and I was promised that it would be promptly delivered 2 days after the release date. I contacted Gift Tree to make sure they have shipped it finally 3 weeks after the order date.. To my surprise they said once again that the release date had beed delayed to another 10 days!!!... At this point I said I had enough and requested a refund. Can't believe how irresponsible GiftTree is on their promises! Not only they charge for expedited shipping fee when they are unable to do it but they keep delaying the order delivery! Not ever again I purchase from this company and would dicourage anyone attempting to order from them. They are disater!!!

Gift never arrives or is of lesser value

This is the second time in a row that my gift was "lost" when shipped from North Carolina vis FedEx. Also, when the gift DOES actually arrive, its not as nice as what was pictured. I have been a loyal customer for several years but this is ridiculous. The CEO must not care if the company goes out of business, as many others have similar complaints.
