This is by far the most embarrassing…
This is by far the most embarrassing present I have ever given to anyone, let alone my 70 employees. The "basket" was missing half the items and the items that were there were completely misrepresented in the description. Absolutely awful and I am still waiting for customer service.

Italian Cheeses and Charcuterie, not worth the cost. I wish I could post picture of the box and the contents; shocking. I am embarrassed and disgusted. In addition, the tiny ice pack had melted, was warm to the touch, so my daughter would not eat the meats or cheese for fear of bacteria and food borne illness. Update: Gift Tree offered to replace the gift box or refund the cost. Meanwhile, my daughter ate the cheese and said it was excellent. Refund offer appreciated but unnecessary. I did suggest Gift Tree add more product to this particular box and upgrade the ice packs.
Delivery dates not respected
I'm really disappointed with this service. The main purpose is to be able to choose a delivery date (typically for birthay gifts), but my order was delivered two days before the date I had chosen. Especially since the price vary according to the days. Had I knew the date is only indicative, I would have chosen a day with no surplus fee...
This company provides excellent stuff…
This company provides excellent stuff and always ships and delivers on schedule. That's becoming less common these days. The quality of the real baskets, which my relatives always save after devouring the goods, always impresses me.
Never ending spam that you can't opt out of
Once you order from them they will continue to send you SPAM and you can not opt out. Even if you call them which i did and was promised to be removed, they never did. Be prepared for their barrage of emails if you by from them.
Missing Items...
I ordered a gift basket for my husband and me. It arrived with 5 items missing so I sent an email to gift tree help desk. A so called customer advocate emailed me back talking about a shortage of merchandise. So I responded, asking for a replacement of the missing items with something else. Another so called customer advocate emailed me back, saying they could send a replacement basket, for me to let them know what I wanted them to do. I responded by saying, I feel cheated and just want what I paid for. My basket was delivered on December 21st and I have not heard back from those people other than wanting a review but not a solution for my missing items. I will never order from gift tree again.
Purchased from them once
Purchased from them once. Basket was ok, but nothing great. Since then, I have gotten multiple emails PER DAY even though I asked them to unsubscribe me. When I click 'unsubscribe' now, it cannot find my email address. 3 weeks of multiple emails per day make this a SPAM company not to be trusted. This week (DEC-20-21), I have 2 emails EVERY day (one morning, one afternoon) with no chance to stop them.

Time for A New Company
After years of ordering I’m done with these beasts.This company has forgotten customer service and I will never order from them again. They made too much money I gueas and think WE the customer is at their mercy. No no no time for your lesson kiddies.They are rude, defensive and who the heck needs their attitude especially in times like these. Hey Bimbos I was giving you money how awful of a customer. Evil woman that don’t deserve jobs especially Diana who leaves you on hold hoping you will hang up. There are many companies out there that appreciate customers and don’t try to scam, Great reviews when it’s from their own staff.These ladies must be related to Scrooge.
Packaged arrived way earlier than I asked for, item was missing and hamper was opened.
I am so disappointed. I spent over $200 on a cheese hamper to be delivered to my friend for her birthday, only for it to be delivered a week earlier AND an item missing, the hamper was opened and I felt so embarrassed infront of my friend. When I reached out to customer service, they spent more time trying to explain what happened instead of just refunding me. Its pathetic honestly. They offered me a 20% refund, to which I demanded at least 50%, and finally they allowed me 50%. Will never buy from here again. Packaged arrived way earlier than I asked for, item was missing and hamper was opened. Not okay.
