I placed my order 12 days ago and still hasn't got it. Not sure if it will ever arrive. Edit: I received my order today, nicely packaged and all. As the Vitasunn rep pointed out I chose Royal Mail as delivery method and I had expected the delivery to take a bit longer than usual. However, I think that nine workdays are a little bit too long. To sum it up, I got my stuff and it was cheap but the delivery took a little bit longer than I expected it would. 4 stars!

Excellent products and prompt delivery

We have ordered different products from Vitasunn UK a couple of times and are absolutely satisfied with both the products, service and delivery time. The products arrived in the original boxes, and the parcel is sent from Europe so there should be no problems with customs/taxes (we live in denmark). We have contacted Vitasunn a couple of times regarding questions about some products, and Diana from the support team have answered the questions very quickly and she is very helpful. We are very satisfied and will for sure buy products from Vitasunn again.

I ordered some melatonin ahead of a long haul flight but left it a little late. The day before flying I emailed to ask when it might arrive just in case there was still time but was advised by my rep Diana that my parcel would not arrive in time. She offered to send me a replacement to my destination in the US. I am happy to say that it arrived the day before I did at my hotel and so far I have avoided any jet lag symptoms :-) Thanks so much for your help Diana.

The Vitasunn products are in my opinion of the best quality. and the service is AAA Plus. great people to deal with because if there is ever a problem you can contact them and get a reply same day! Shop no further. this is to me my favorite vitamin shop :)

I was accidentally sent a replacement order by Vitasunn twice and when I contacted customer services to pay for the extra order I was informed that that was not necessary and I could just keep the extra products . I order a lot of health and beauty products over the internet and hence deal with numerous companies and I have found that when it comes to customer service Vitasunn always is second to none.

Ok and ok price. Have made purchases there twice and both ok. Got mail for the purchase and when the package was sent. 8 days from mail sent on the package I received the package. But it does not sound good to you who have not received the package, maybe Vitasun have something to say about it? And can´t see a physical address in the contact info? not good.

I have been waiting since it was shipped off on january 25th, and I have not gotten anything… No reply from the company yet. Update: company has written that I should get my package no later than the 8th of february... Let's see

Mine hasn't arrived, even though I got a mail that it was shipped weeks ago. And when I try to contact the phone number, it says that the number doesn't work. I have written them a mail, and hope that they will make up for it, and make sure I get my things quickly as i payed for. I deeply hope, that it is not a scam site.
