I have been ordering from vitasunn for more than three years with virtually no problems. I have always been pleased with the products. I order the products my dr. recommends that also have kept me healthy. I take a lot of herbal supplements that Vitasunn offers at reasonable prices. I give them four stars and highly recommend them.

Takes money, zero customer service! No product! Mother in tears!
To anyone thinking of purchasing from Vitasunn because you're tempted by the prices - I say STEER WELL CLEAR!!! Run away faster than Usain Bolt on speed! I had ordered the following products using their auto-dispatch 'system':- 7-Keto Panax Ginseng Yohimbe 5-HTP KAVA KAVA The latter's in capitals because that is the product this review concerns. Not the quality of the product, I can't fault that, but because, this time, they have charged me for it and SINGULARLY FAILED TO DELIVER!!! If you don't know what Kava Kava is, it's an anti-anxiety supplement, from a South American plant. As you can probably tell from my username, I have Asperger's Syndrome, social anxiety, panic attacks and agoraphobia. On Monday, I was supposed to be travelling, by train, from Gerrards Cross (my parents' hometown) to Horsforth, Leeds, for my 95-year-old grandmother's funeral, without the calming and ant-anxiety effect of the KK, that is an impossibility! I have had my darling mother in tears because of Vitasunn's incompetence! This, obviously, makes me feel like ***, but there are going to be upwards of 100 people there, most of whom I won't know, and who won't ever have met me - and their first impression of me is going to be a screaming lunatic who requires locking up because I won't be able to cope! Vitasunn's website boasts about their "unbeatable customer service" - well, I have sent them at least 6 emails, all of which have been ignored (and they've had upwards of a week to respond now) and, as for their 'help' line - they value their customers so much, that it's a permanent answerphone, leaving them free to ignore their customers! I have left at least the same number of messages on it as I have sent them emails (all with my mobile number (and I have my phone on me at all times) and they have not returned a single call! It takes a VERY great deal for me to be able to pick up the phone and make ANY kind of call but, when it's as important as this, I have to. I am thinking of suing them for the distress they have caused me - but, more important than that, my dear mother. NEVER EVER EVER again will I buy ANYTHING from Vitasunn - they DO NOT care about their customers one iota. I am on disability benefits, and I had to go into my overdraft for the KK, but I didn't mind doing that because I knew how important this was. I am still searching for another company selling Kava Kava, which takes PayPal and delivers to the UK. So far my search has proved fruitless. If anyone reading this knows, and can help me, then the email address in my profile is valid. Vitasunn? VitaSCUM is more like it! I want them to compensate me - and my mother - for the distress their actions have caused - but they won't! If I was well enough, I would sue! Run away from this company very fast indeed!
