Jeg bestilte varen, og de sagde, at jeg kan få en email hvornår de sendte varen afsted. Og en uge efter modtog jeg varen som planlagt.

I placed an order with VITASUNN in October. I have not received the produkt yet! I have sent the firm several e-mails - no answer - and I have left messages on their answering maskine - they have not returned my calls! VITASUNN is a scam!!! UP-DATE: I received the product on the 28th of December - two months and several e-mails after I placed the order.

I ordered a product the 4 of September, and it still hasn't arrived. I spoke to the customer service 10 days ago, and they replied me that they would send me a new product, witch I still haven't got!! Really bad service that you have to wait over a month for you prosucts (if they'll ever arrive) Won't ever recommend this company to anyone i Denmark!! And I'm not interested in a "apologizing comment on this from Vitasun, just give me my products! Thank you.

I order a product 21st January 2015.It cost me 20 Pound or about 30 USD Parcel did not arrive here in Denmark so after 14 days I sent them an email. They were very polite and assured me that they would look into the case. Nothing happened so I sent them another mail. Same thing happened. After 11 mails to them and the same reply from them by a woman name Diana I have given ever receiving my product I ordered over 4 months ago. NEVER order any products from Vitasunn.co.uk It is a fake company.

5 days after being informed my order had been shipped, I emailed Support and received a prompt response confirming I would receive my order within 2 days and it actually arrived the following day so very happy with this company and will order again in the future.

Let me say, Vitasunn does not deserve the bad rating, from my experince. The products pricing are among the lowest i have seen on the net in europe. I waited for my delevery a few days more than stated in my confirmation email. Soi I got worried and I got even more worried when I read the bad reviews. One of the products was wrong when I recieved my order. Both melatonin, but one had the wrong mg. and also a lower number of tablets. I contacted customer service and got an answer the same day. The right product was send out the same day, and I got to keep the packaged that I did not order for free. I had the right tablets a week later. The tablets are sent vacuum packed in in a flat envelope so the will fit into your letterbox. Wich is nice, so you dont have to wait home the whole day for the delivery, og to go the P.O. yo pick it up. I will just suggest that it is CLEARLY stated at your website. With an explanation. It was a suprice to me and I must admit I got a little worried if this was indeed a original product. it is VERY important to communicate thios out to the customers. I really have the feeling that Vitasunn is a company that makes an efford to keep ther customers happy, and provide good service. I recommed this company, and will be happy to buy from you again.

I put an order with Vitasunn some months ago and as there was a 'cheaper' offer on repeat orders I did that. Now, at least five months later, I have enough melatonin to start my own company but have been completely unable to find a way to cancel the order. I've sent emails to what is laughingly called 'customer services' I have phoned the freephone number - automated voice tells me they can't take my call and I should leave a message. Guess what - they haven't got back to me. I am thinking who I can legally complain to.

Hi, everyone, I have placed an order on 5 of August but I haven't receive the products until 21 of August.the order status is always “shipped' and the estimated shipping date on the invoice was 4-7 days. Today I have received the products. I have ordered 10 bottles of Move Free but what I have got today was only three of them. The most ridicule thing is they are packed in a plastic bag!! I don't even dare to take them and I still don't know where are my other products?? Furthermore, the product I have received is a little bit different from what I have ordered. The one I have ordered was 80+26pillars but what I got here is only 80. I have tried to contact customer service but neither the phone nor email is replied. The hotline is always answered by an answer machine. I have left 2 messages but no one calls me back. I really don't know what to do......

Købte fra Vitasunn og fik mine varer som aftalt. Dog tog den en del tid. Mit spørgsmål til dette issue blev besvaret via mail på kort tid, og varerne kom kort efter. Varerne er i vakumpakkede poser og ikke pilleglas. Det letter sikkert fragt og turen gennem tolden, men kan føles utrygt for nogen. Jeg har lige lagt anden bestilling hos dem :)

I have used this company for a number of years without any problems - some of their products are shipped from the USA and therefore take about 3 weeks. This is not always clear when you order them. However since these products are not generally available in Europe it is worth the wait. In response to the others comments. I have also received pills in vacuum packs - they transport well and have been good.
