Beautiful ring … fantastic customer service

After a few design changes I have ended up with the perfect engagement ring thanks to Ankit Daga and Angara … A MontanaTeal Saphire, 14ct white gold bezel set with diamond shank. The stone changes colours from almost black in unlit rooms to blue/teal in medium light to bright teal in sunlight. I absolutely love it! Angara have been incredible with supporting the design process and open to changes; and when it arrives, it comes beautifully gift boxed. I will get a lifetime of pleasure wearing the ring. Thank you Angara and Ankit.

Do not give these crooks your money!

Purchased an engagement ring. All fine, sent it back for the free resizing and it came back with a loose stone and scratches and thinning to the inside of the band. Clearly poor workmanship. I requested a refund as the ring was now damaged. This was rejected as my original purchase was more than 30 days ago. I argued that the 30 days should start from me receiving the resize, but they wouldn't budge. I reluctantly accepted a credit note. After sending the ring back, the 'senior jewelery manager' told me that my credit note would be excluding VAT. This means I would be expected to spend 20 percent more than I originally spent! I couldn't quite believe the brazenness of this move, as no mention was made of this when I accepted the credit note offer. After I disputed this I have received no response to any email This company now has my money and my ring, and I have been left with nothing Absolutely disgusting behaviour from.a bunch of crooks. Update: was contacted by Angara who assured me that any credit note would be for the full value. Great. Now after more emails I have heard nothing back. Still no ring, still no money back. Don't know where to turn now. To the people at Angara, if you read this, please can I have my money back??

Incompetent.

They sent my order to the wrong location (3000km away in Perth, instead of Melbourne). They didnt reply to my emails and I had to follow them up. Then no explanation of why this occurred, just told me another department would deal with it and update me. My favourite part was the email telling me they wont issue a refund, until I return the jewellery, despite Angara knowing they sent it to the wrong customer. No idea how to return something they didnt send me. And left me without money to buy the replacement present. Please don't do it.

Poor Quality Stones

Ordered a morganite ring and the quality of the stone is absolutely atrocious to the point where I don't want to wear the ring. Wouldn't recommend at all.
