After my husband buying my engagement ring from Angara I bought my wedding band to match. Ever since purchasing it ive had nothing but problems, first I was sent the a ring with a thinner band than ordered. After 7 months a gem fell out but the prongs were all still in place, which I had to pay to replace. They send a new ring instead, after 2 weeks of getting the ring back one of the middle prongs had snapped off which was repaired for free. Once I got my ring back only to find that they had set a thinner gem into it which is now cracked. On top of all this they would like me to pay for anther gem. I have taken my ring to professional jewellers whom know that there's not enough room for a normal size stone. I have sent emails only to have late replies saying that I was causing too much wear and tear to the ring

This company offered 12% off for being a new customer so I signed up. There was a sale on offering 10%,off so I actually only got 2% off for signing up. I feel a bit mislead. I see that Angara have claimed that they "reached out to me" by email. They haven't.

I have spent weeks comparing rings
I have spent weeks comparing rings, stones and companies. I kept coming back to Angara as they have easy to use website where you can customise your product. Clear information and trustworthy returns process. The lifetime warranty means rhodium plating for white gold is included and is done in Australia, where I am based. Customer service was excellent too as they knew what they were talking about and could advise.

UK residents do not use Angara
UK residents do not use Angara especially if purchasing an engagement ring from them! My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Angara March 2024 and the diamond has fallen out after less than three months. Angara are putting the blame on us saying it is “impact damage” but the ring has been well cared for and not damaged in the slightest. They have not inspected the ring in person to come to this conclusion, it’s just the easiest way for them to pass the blame. They are requesting £650 + tax + shipping to have the diamond replaced. I have taken the ring to a repeatable jewellers in the UK and they have found no damage to the ring and the prongs are very much in tact. Whilst examining the ring they noticed one of the prongs being much thinner than the others hence in their opinion this is a manufacturing fault. Angara haven’t even assessed the ring before quoting us a repair charge. The customer service is appalling and insulting. Do not spend good money with this company who take no responsibility for their faulty products.

I can’t praise this company highly enough, prompt, efficient and the honest.I had ordered from another company who certainly didn’t meet any expectations, the order was wrong I had to wait 9 weeks and when the ring finally came it was like something from a lucky bag.

Different colour to example shown
Replacement ring, not what I expected. I purchased the same quality ring to replace my broken one. But picked 'vintage style' this time. Colour of the tanzanite is lighter, which made me question if I was sent the correct quality of ring. Contacted customer support and received a quick reply, that this was a different batch of tanzanite from my original purchase in 2020, and to expect a variation in colour when it's a natural stone. Angara, you should change your 'examples' online, accordingly. People choose their quality of ring by viewing what it would look like. I'm disappointed my new ring looks no where as nice as my first ring. Rather misleading and very disappointed. I'm considering getting my old ring fixed because of this.

Stunning Emerald Pear Engagement Ring
Purchased a custom Emerald Pear engagement ring from Angara after being disappointed by another company. The timelines were tight as we are due to go to Italy where the proposal has been planned. Angara have delivered not only a stunning piece of jewellery, but also within their delivery estimate. Had a number of calls with Customer Services to let them know the urgency of the package being delivered on time, I was assured it would be treated as urgent and delivered with priority postage. Thank you so much guys for your patience with me and for pulling out the stops to get this turned around quickly with no reduction in quality. I especially like the presentation box, and of course the free gifts 😉🙂

Receiving my new ruby and diamond ring today was a sheer delight! It was so exciting opening the gorgeous outer jewellery box .. only to be stunned at how beautiful the ring itself was .. all lit up in its own ring box. It fitted perfectly and is definitely a stunner! I’m so glad I decided to buy through Angara after researching a number of different online options. Angara customer service is top notch from the odering process all the way to after the order is completed. I had to return a ring to be resized, spoke with a lovely lady, Pearl, that guided me though the process. She was very nice, polite and knowledgable. The whole process was quick and painless.
