Both Ankit and Barbara were very helpful and responded promptly. My engagement ring arrived and I absolutely love it. It’s my 30th wedding anniversary this year and my husband is sadly terminally ill I wanted a special replacement wedding ring as my original no longer fits , my ring arrived today and I’m absolutely blown away it’s absolutely stunning and beautifully packaged in a box that lights up as you open it , I also received a beautiful pearl pendant free with my order which is also beautiful, thank you Angora for such a special piece of jewellery which I shall treasure and for your amazing customer service

I ordered an amethyst ring stone
I ordered an amethyst ring stone. I bought 3.5C and Best quality. It arrived but the quality is awful. It's very dull and very light. I paid more than $600, but not worth it at all. It's either fake stone or the worst quality of it. Don't waste your money. I wish I could send a picture and see how dull the stone is. I clean from time to time but cleaning never helps. Updated Review They sent me a shipping label for cleaning. It took so fast for them to ship it back to me and I am quite happy with the result. It looks so much better compared to when it arrived at the very first time. I will give them 4 stars for being such great with customer satisfaction.

Extremely disappointed
My fiancée bought a ring for me at the end of August 23, he proposed on the 2nd September 23. At the time I was pregnant and barely wore my ring. I started to wear it recently, I'm very careful with it and take it off every night and place it back in the box before going to bed. On Monday afternoon the whole head of the ring came off, I contacted Angara straight away who told me I needed to pay £125 to have the ring repaired. I challenged this and they're sticking with it. I am extremely upset, it appears the ring isn't fit for purpose. I thought a ring that's meant to be impeccable quality should last a lifetime and surely it should be in warranty still? Its not even a year old and hardly been worn, now I'm concerned if it is repaired will it keep happening. The only thing I've been offered is for a postage label to be sent out to help me return it. I can see on here that others have had similar issues.

Received a Diamond eternity band on January 2024 that had already lost a stone. They are requesting $120 for repairs for a ring only 5 months old. They don’t stand behind their products. What will I do if the stones continue to fall out?

How to Spoil a Wedding Day
Oh what a day. Ordered our rings with sufficient time before the wedding. I was told to get our fingers sized in a jewellers which we did and placed the order. When they arrived within two weeks, mine fell off my finger and my partners was made too big according to a sizer. We were offered our one free re size plus one extra for the fact the ring was made incorrectly. I purchased my own finger sizers and sent the sizer with the ring back in the box. The next set of rings arrives within 10 days my partners perfect but mine now too small to the point my finger went purple. Spoke to customer services and explained how is this happening if I did exactly as they asked and got my finger sized and it’s now wrong twice. I was told I would get a call from Barbara Stein the customer services manager who is a jeweller. 30 minutes later I got an email from Barbara explaining the thickness of the ring can effect the size and I should get my finger sized at a jewellers. AGAIN. When the returns label was finally sent, I was advised by Barbara it would be a £100 charge for the resize despite the fact I explained I followed their guidelines. Had my finger sized by a professional, and by myself also them acknowledging thickness makes a difference but I wasn’t told that. After a heated conversation Barbara finally waived the fee understand at this point we were going to potentially be married in two weeks and said they would rush it through. I felt heard and understood. I emailed Barbara asking if there was an ETA. it will be dispatched by the beginning of next week. I emailed Barbara again, it will be with our uk office the beginning of the week. (I get married on Monday). Emailed Barbara very concerned explaining I told you I get married on Monday. Does this mean it won’t be hear on time. I have since had no communication from Barbara and my ring was in fact not here for the wedding. I contacted Angara again on the chat asking for an ETA. The handler told me my ring was arriving Tuesday and if there was anything else I needed. This was after telling her it was my wedding day. At this point I became incredibly frustrated and said “an apology would have been nice”. You tell me you are delivering my ring the day after my wedding and I have to prompt for an apology. Disgusted. Thank you Angara for ruining a huge day in my life. I sincerely hope you do better next time and as an online retailer, fix how you size your rings and come up with a better process. I suggest sending sizers of varying thicknesses to account for the problem.

Emerald heart shaped drop earings
I received my heart shaped emerald drop earings today they are for my wife's 20th wedding anniversary, I am very impressed there is a light that shines on your jewelry when you open the box it is a real ta da experience I got the better class of emerald earings and they are fairly clear as per picture. I'm sure my wife will love them .I will more than likely purchase more jewelry from Angara.

I was looking for a special ring...
I was looking for a special ring for my wife for our 40th wedding anniversary. Angara worked with me and answered all of my questions. I’m a very tactile person and was nervous about purchasing something like this on-line without being able to hold it and look at it, but I really couldn’t be happier. The ring was more striking than the photo online. Yes, I will purchase from them again.

09/12/24 Edited to show that this has now been correct, they sent me out the correct ring i ordered after a lot of lengthy emails back and forth. I bought a ring through Angara, i specifically chose the Heirloom Quality on their page, the order was confirmed, but i received their lowest quality ring, after contacting them i was told that it was my error, i don't even think they ever admitted their mistake and they have not offered to replace it with the correct quality ring, just return it for a refund (which i cannot do now as it was ordered for a specific date like most jewellery). They have made me feel as though i was wrong and refuse to accept emails proving i had ordered Heirloom quality, i just wish they would do a direct replacement of the ring received rather than trying to pass off lesser stones as real quality. I'm really disappointed and wish i had another way to resolve it, but warning others is the only way now unfortunately. They have now responded saying it is in black and white...then why do i have an email showing i purchased Heirloom quality? i'd love to be able to add the image in here but i can't unfortunately. Barbara - If there is no error then please explain the email? this just shows that you are not able to admit problems when they are there.
