Thoroughly disappointed

I specifically asked for clothes to take on a trip to Scotland in the UK. Everything arrived the day after I left. Very little in the box matched what I was looking for. It was duplicative of too many things that are already in my closet. I realize that you don’t know what is in my closet already, but the similarities to things which I have multiples of is uncanny. I’m particularly upset that I was given a watch that I’m not able to exchange. This is $100 item that I will never use.I already have an Apple Watch, which I use every single day and have no need for this item, but I’m now stuck with it. I didn’t keep a single thing in this box. My first one was awesome and this was an utter letdown. I believe this is exactly what happened to me the first time I used Stately and discontinued after that. I’m regretting trying again.

The very best of the best

Great pieces that matched my overall vibe. Even some things I wouldn’t have chosen for myself worked out really well. I stay super impressed with their choices. They even send a personalized note in every box with instructions on how to best wear the pieces they send (seems like a very small thing to do but where else can you find that from any service provider). Absolutely the best service I pay for in our subscription-based society.

Could Be Better

Clothing quality is good. Stylist needs to spend more time in your profile, paying attention to selections with the profile (colors not to send, attire not to send). Also, one aspect of having a fashion subscription is to receive clothing for the upcoming season. Why would they be shipping short sleeve shirts in late September to a recipient in Michigan, USA? Overall I like Stately but without improvement in these areas my tenure as a customer will be limited.

Don't get scammed

Don't get scammed. This business will scam you, and then harass you with emails. I ordered Presidential box, received cheap, trashy clothings that you can find $20-70 online each, marked as $70-200 worth. I wanted to make refund, they only would offer exchange. I just threw away all the clothing and did not even bother exchanging. After 1 year, they start spamming my email inbox. I tried unsubscribing, didn't work, reached out for help, and after telling me they personally processed opting out of emais, they start sending more emails, from 1 a day to 3 a day.

I've been using Stately for the last…

I've been using Stately for the last year, 80% of what I receive I have to exchange even after multiple messages and updates in my styling settings/messages. They don't seem to want to read your notes and just send whatever they have on hand. I have a size 33 waist and they sent me a size 34 belt and I could only use one hole, couldn't believe they would send that. I kept two items out of my last box and returned all the others two days later after receiving the box and that was almost three weeks ago, I've paid extra for shipping for the exchange (I shouldn't have to), still hasn't shipped. Please read all the negative reviews and take them into consideration when choosing whether or not to go with Stately. I've read a lot of them and I've experienced almost everything that people have said has gone wrong. Once the last box ships, I'm out. Can't keep paying $500 a box for this type of service.

They had horrible client service. They also don’t give out refunds. I caught the order the day the transaction went through and wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone till the following week. After finally getting in contact with someone they refuse to help. I asked multiple times about canceling my order and explained how I tried to cancel the order but accidentally used the wrong email. Unaware I still had a subscription I got charged and immediately contacted them requesting it to be cancelled. I’m still being told I’m out of luck and can’t get a refund even though the product probably hasn’t even Shipt yet. Horrible customer service horrible experience would not recommend.

LOVE Stately

I have been a Stately customer for about 2yrs. I love the quality, design and style of the curated clothes I receive. I have completed and tweaked my profile likes/dislikes to the point that I now receive items I absolutely love. I am sold on the service.
