Who wants some $600 socks?
Who wants some $600 socks? I am this company's ideal customer profile. I've spent 100-500 per month with stitch fix and several of their competitors, but figured I'd give this company a try. Worst experience I've ever had in retail or e-commerce. Here's why: 1. You are stuck with what they send you. Yes, you can ask them to exchange items for a different item, but if their stuff isn't a fit for your style, you're just stuck with it. I received a box of stuff I will never wear. 2. Customer service was non-existent. I called to cancel, never received a call back. 3 times. I emailed numerous times and received eventual responsiveness from a highly passive agressive person. 3. I was charged for a second month even though I did not receive a single item from them. When I disputed with my bank, the merchant said the charge is valid. In closing, I spend 640 dollars with this company, and received one pair of socks that I can wear once in a while.
Not worth the price
First box was just Ok but several items won't be worn or used. It included a watch which I asked not to be in the package. Guess what? no returns on watches so stuck with it. Contacted them and re- verified no watches. Even got a confirmation email . Also had several long sleeve winter shirts and requested only short sleeve. Its summer and I live in Florida so no need for long sleeve . 2nd box arrived and guess what? Another watch with a no return policy. Plus got more long sleeve shirts! Everything from the 2nd box looked like something a 75yr old would wear so whole box was unwearable . I canceled after 2nd box since I've spent over 600.00 and have 2 watches and 4 shirts that can even be used . Just going to donate
the outfit was dull
the outfit was dull, pants were okay... it feels like some stuff was just thrown in the box. no actual styling thought went into it.

I feel that my last 3 boxes had returns…
I feel that my last 3 boxes had returns needed because the supply you have is so limited, I went on to the out of box area and realize that you are out of XL on many of the things I like and don’t carry size 14 shoes as much. It must be hard for your designers to pull from an inventory and select favorites when they can barely find shoes for me and the xl sizes seem to be limited to the less popular items. I think I may downgrade to the Luxe to the Regal plan so that you can find good things in every box instead of putting the rest of inventory into the boxes. I have recently been shipped the same shirt twice. I do like the service and I like it to get quality pieces vs quantity.
Got an offer to upgrade and get $150…
Got an offer to upgrade and get $150 bonus on the new higher tier box. Replied to the email, but my membership was not adjusted. Submitted a ticket since your customer service is closed on weekends, and never got a reply. I'm still on the lower tier and apparently not going to get the bonus.
Getting everything right
This is just amazing that I can have different options for outfits for any occasion. I don't have to waste the time of going to different stores for different options. The time it takes for me to get my box for the month is a bit longer than I expected, but when I get a notification that it is actually shipped; it moves very fast. Overall a very good investment and I have not regret anything, definitely worth the investment!

This company will steal your money and not ship you anything. They are a scam. Do not spend your momey with them.
