I am currently two boxes into my subscription and I am blown away on how great the selection, sizing, quality, and style is. Just about everything has fit perfectly. I would and have recommended this service to many buddies who, like myself, lack the time and energy to get out and go shopping for clothes.

I love working with the Stately team

I love working with the Stately team, they are polite, friendly, and listen to feedback. My stylists will impress me each box I order, and grow my personal and professional wardrobe. I have not gotten a single piece that I have worn and not liked. They offer great service and dedication to you as a customer. I have purchased 3 boxes so far of the presidential subscription for $499 and beyond happy each time. You generally get 2 pants, 4 tops, shoes, and a jacket every single order. Bonus items are also included in addition to the above items mentioned. I recieved a watch in two of my boxes as bonus items. Thank you Stately, I appreciate you

Waste of money

Waste of money! My husband said no sweaters & no belts, they sent both. The shoes were cheap. None of the styles fit what he said he likes/prefers. They don't do returns, only exchanges & their "Out of the Box" selections are VERY limited. Sent the entire box back & we are going to let our son pick out some stuff maybe he will like since we can't get our money back.

Beware! Awful service. Stich Fix is better.

They don't let you preview what is being sent like StitchFix does. So you can't stop them from sending things you know you don't need. Like a black belt (who doesn't already have a black belt?) And even though you say in your style profile you already have belts, socks, sunglasses, every color of pants imaginable etc and don't want those items...they're going to send them anyway...because your style profile questions are obviously just perfunctory. So you will get a box of stuff you don't want, and then the fun begins. With StitchFix your max downside is $20 if you just send everything back. I send a lot of StichFix stuff back but every now and then they send me a really cool discovery item which I love! These guys on the other hand...you gotta keep it all...or exchange it...and after the first exchange they start charging you. And some of the stuff they send you is "non exchangeable" if you send that stuff back they charge you $25 and send it back to you again (like they're just effing with you at this point). But either way there are no refunds and after my first box full of dissatisfaction...and zero customer service... I am pursuing a refund through my credit card company. Update: They say they reached out to me but they haven't. I filled out their style notes in detail before the style. I sent back all their clothes and they refused to give me a refund. That would have been the easiest solution. Where else do you buy clothing online that you can't return unused the next day for a refund?

Great service

The consultation service is pretty awesome. The flexibility of the options in the box works surprisingly well. I would say that while the look didn't really stretch my style in any major way, it did absolutely fit my current preferences.

Waste of money

Waste of money. I tried giving them multiple chances thinking there could be potential. Every box got worse as I gave more feedback. Their stylist are clearly incompetent and can not read the style profile. When a customer specifically states they do not want a specific item why would you send that item in every box and think they would be happy with it. My final box included 9 items. 8 items were either an Item I clearly stated do not send me or a duplicated Item I had already returned because I did not like it.

This was my first time using this service and I am very satisfied with the goodies box Stately sent me. I loved everything they picked for me with the exception of one item. They immediately responded with an exchange option. Great company and great customer service! 👍

Customer Satisfaction Garunteed

The clothes are great and the price is competitive (actually rather cheap by comparison) but I love the personal attention from the stylist as opposed to some other subscription boxes. I value customer service above all. I feel like I'm their only customer! I don't know how they do it.

Outsource the shopping brain

I was looking for some help finding clothing items that would be new/different from what I am normally inclined to buy for myself. I wanted to trust a stylist to curate items/outfits and gave Stately a try. I think I have received 5 shipments so far, and it's been great. I've exchanged a few items (early, as they get to know your tastes better over time) and that process was super easy. If you're already curious and checking it out, I don't know any reason not to give it a try.
