Fantastic value
Stately provided exactly the service they advertise. I really did feel like a personal stylist curated an order just for me. All of the items I received were of great quality, were complimentary, fit my taste and the preferences I listed, and fit me great. And the overall value of clothing and accessories is tremendous. All items had original tags with MRSP, I paid a fraction of what each item would have cost me directly.

The concierge was great. The package was full of classic looks which still deviated from what I would usually pick out for myself. This is exactly why I use the service. I highly recommend Stately to update or replace your wardrobe.

First Assessment I enjoyed the first box they sent me. I feel like it met my needs and they were able to find a style that fit me well. I'm excited to see what the next box brings me but from a quality and style standpoint, its what I was looking for. Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money. The quality of the clothes is substandard. While the company does make employees available to speak to directly, prepare to be grossly disappointed if you’re looking for anything of quality. By the company’s own admission, the stylists don’t handle the garments — they look at them virtually. Then what you’ll get are plastic, cheap-looking garments that you’d be embarrassed to wear (but wouldn’t have to do more than once because they will fall apart). Save your money and time. Following reply from Stately: There was not a single item I accepted. The brands you sent included Stacey Adams, Garnet, and Luchiano Visconti. It was as if all the clothing came from the bargain bin of an irregular factory outlet store. The service delivers something akin to a Halloween-store costume -- on the package photo you see Dracula in a well tailored suit and finery, and you open the package to find a one-size-fits-all lycra cape with a plastic medallion. That's just fine for parties on October 31, but not for everyday wear in a professional setting. Clothing sends a message. If you want to send the message that you lack polish and value single-use plastic clothes, then by all means shop with Stately.

Absolutely incredible products for a great price! Everyone has been great, and they do pay attention to detail. They really appreciate feedback as well to make sure you keep getting amazing boxes that fit your style. I signed up quarterly to get styled and I can’t wait for my next box! Thank you Stately!
WORST WORST WORST, update HORRIBLE SERVICE
WORST WORST WORST – Be advised NO REFUNDS, NO Previews before they ship, very frustrating to deal with regarding exchanges. ALL steps are a waste of time just to receive ALL WRONG Sizes in the first box. I would recommend avoiding them and using any other subscription service. I'm leaving this feedback across all platforms so nobody wastes their money or more importantly their TIME. (Update after reply) So I received an exchange and a few things were the wrong size (style was fine, although a preview would have been nice). Here it goes from bad to worse..I requested an exchange 3 items, they say I HAVE TO PAY to cover exchanges...what a waste of time & money.. So if they send bad fitments or styles again, I'm out again another cost to send back for exchange. WHAT A JOKE OF A PLACE. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
No recourse for charges
Once they charge, you are paying no matter what. They charge your account, then send a text saying they are starting the box. No recourse, no refund, no chance to say no. This is a business model built to take your money, and the terms and conditions lock you in. If you do decide to use the service, SET A NOTICIFACTION for yourself because they certainly won't. Lots of potential here, but sadly the are not customer-focused. All that matters is that monthly charge and then you are locked in.
