I love that my stylist can adjust to the style of clothes that suits my needs. If I recieve something I don't like or doesn't fit well, the return process has be easy, and the exchange with better options works. One thing I don't like is trying to purchase items separately for the "out of the box" tab, most size options and clothes aren't that great to choose from. If there was better options I would purchase more outside of my monthly box. I think the shoe selection could improve, and more details about how the sizing options would match up closer to true sizing. Many of the clothes are large. I do get excited about what is in the box and I think the customer services and shipping is excellent.

In Chicago, I had a tailor with no mirrors; he would say “I know how to make you look good”. Well, I am happy to say that Stately Men knows how to make me look good too.

The exchange process was super easy, even when I reached out to Stately because the web site was acting up on my laptop. They made it easy to exchange my items for replacements. I'm waiting for the replacements now and very happy with Stately Men so far.
